Great service! Rang with an issue and they fitted me in the next day. Work was done quickly and finished by lunch time. Also gave some excellent advice for if the issue arises again. Definitely recommend!!

I always use them and recommend them, I’ve been using them for about 10 years, the owner always looks grumpy but is actually very nice and helpful, they’ve always solved the problem and I feel they’re an honest bunch of guys trying to do best for their customers.
I contacted this garage, as I felt my brakes were not as responsive as they could be. After a discussion with Ian about the intricacies of my vehicle, I was happy to put my vehicle in the very capable hands of this company. Ian was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and reasonably priced, but most of all he helped me understand what and how the system worked.

My 10 year old car was driving ok but making a whirring noise, went to Rayleigh Motorist Centre and spoke to Ian who straight away suspected the noise was coming from my wheel bearings. Booked it in, job done, good communication and car now drives without the whirring. Thank you RMC.
I have been using them for years on a number of cars. They have always been frank and honest on the viability and cost of a repair/ service.
More importantly they have never oversold or pushed things that do not need doing.
In short I trust them.

Very poor service. Waited 3 hours for them to start working on my car. Even though it was booked in. Had the air con regassed. Was told that there wasnt a guarantee on the work. The air con wasn't any different to how I brought the car in.
I had the air con checked at halfords and was told there isn't a problem with a leak but that there wasn't enough gas in there. Just by them doing a free check made it colder. I wouldn't use this garage again.
