Just had my covid jab here today. Ladies in this pharmacy are so lovely and friendly. Very professional. Thank you for looking after me today. :-)
pharmacy is happy to take calls and orders. however, i am quite disappointed that the pharmacy would recommend an alternative that is not suitable for the treatment purpose intended without more thorough consultation and research.
they didn’t have the dermatology prescription i was looking for and recommended me an alternative that is the same brand with a different treatment purpose, reassuring me that it is made with the same ingredients and that it should be ok to use as substitute. relying on the pharmacist’s recommendation, i purchased the substitute but i only found out later with more research that the substitute is not suitable for the skin. i attempted to return for refund, but the pharmacist mentioned that they cannot accept returns once prescriptions leave the pharmacy and cannot offer a refund.
Amazing amazing amazing pharmacy cannot fault it at all . The pharmacist both male and female absolutely lovely and knowledgeable they will go far and beyond to help and make it easy for you .
The assistants are also equally kind and respectfull.

The person by the counter doesn't have knowledge about medicine and neither about medical products, please get professional people, is a pharmacy not a playground.
