Was very good few years back but it recent months never got the medication you want saying supply issues yet other pharmacy have it. Maybe time to think about changing your supplier then. Also never pick thier phones up anymore.
Dangerous! And will be reporting! Whilst waiting for my medication 4 other patients were either given the wrong medication or missing items. I should have known to check as I came home to find missing meds. Went back and was told their system says I had all items. If they give the wrong meds to the wrong person they could kill them for Gods sake!
On the whole they have been good. But their phone is constantly engaged - It took me 39 calls today to finally get thru again - I submitted a prescription on 22nd Dec 2023 that the doctors have confirmed has been passed on to the pharmacy. I need medication today. I called a couple of days on 3rd Jan and got thru on the 6th occasion and they still haven't delivered my medication on 5th Jan. Their delivery drivers are really nice people. I would prefer an email option to correspond and then my rating would go back up to 5. Item was delivered at 15:45 on a Fri.
Worst chemist I have ever been to. Had a few bad experiences here but this time was the worst. I went in 5 minutes before they closed, chemists having a good laugh and probably didn’t want to work and said to me I should come back tomorrow and not to come near their closing time.
5 minutes in my opinion was a good time to prepare a medicine, given they had no other patients waiting. She definitely knew my medicine was important. Made me feel awful and I didn’t even say a word and left.
The people on the other side of the counter helping with medication should have sympathy towards the patients and should try to help if they can not just shush them away.
My problem is there is no way to contact them if you are disabled and can't hear. They don't have a chat nor a text service, so I am extremely ill and cannot drive there to query my medication... Otherwise, they are a great pharmacy!!
Worst pharmacy, staff members are so rude and unprofessional. They have let me down on several occasions and don’t care about patients at all.
I am not sure why people are moaning about the pharmacy. The service is warm and friendly. I am always great with hello How are you how's the family etc you don't get that in Boots, the guy behind counter is always helpful.
The main issue are caused from stock problems or GPs not issue medication etc
Excellent pharmacy and staff. Have been a few times over the last few years and more recently for prescriptions. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very efficient. They offer advice and go above and beyond if they can't fulfill the prescription to help you get it . When calling too always polite and when husband runs there for his repeat prescription towards the end of the day they are still never rude and always have time for a chat and remember him which shows a lot about customer service . Well done nice to have a wonderful pharmacy and not a huge chain where you are just a number!
