I had an awful experience . I have used this salon before and I have been happy with my shellac and removal . However, this time was awful and the lady ruined my nails . Firstly she had the drill on a very high setting and burned my nails . I had to tell her twice it was hurting . Then when she put the acetone on my nails she only left it on for 5 mins and the nail polish did not lift . She proceded to pull at the nail polish to get it off and I had to ask her to stop because it was hurting and reapply the acetone . As a result of this all my nails were weakened and broke . Her filing was uneven and my nails were ruined . So much that I decided not to have the shellac applied and left the salon very upset and disappointed. I have never had an issue with the salon before . But this has made me think twice about going back . It was the worst experience I have ever had when getting my nails done.
The service here is fantastic with some of the best technicians in Lucan, they also now have the ability to book online and pay online which is very convenient compared to carrying cash. My wife had her lashes and brows done and even though it was close to closing time Mia the stylist was willing to stay on a bit so she could get her nails done as well. Highly recommended.
Horrible experience. I had booked an appointment for a brow wax and tint for 3:55 and 4:10 for two people. I was stuck in traffic and rang the salon at 4:05 saying I was stuck in traffic and the girl said that was not a problem. I arrive with my friend at 4:15 and the woman began to give out for being late despite me explaining over the phone. She only said she WOUKD do one of us and rushed through my eyebrows and left bits of cotton wool on my face. Me and my friend were extremely disappointed with the way we were treated with disrespect and rudeness.
Terrible experience here today . Being a hairstylist myself and wanting to have the salon experience and treat myself i thought I would of got what I asked for instead I was completely dissatisfied with my hair as my hair is now ruined. I specifically told the stylist what I wanted but she clearly didn’t listen to what I want I had deliberately grown my hair out for ages to get what I wanted done. I asked her to do a t bar highlights and leave some of my own natural brown hair out to create a natural highlight. Now I have a full blonde no brown so I wasted 3 months growing my hair out and didn’t get what I wanted. I will now have to get my hair done again to fix it. The highlights Were not left on for full development time so they are also yellow in tone. I asked her to use a toner and she left it on for 30 seconds. When toner development time is 10 to 20 mins. Also then after all this the blowdry was awful I specifically asked her not to blowdry it with volume and she didn’t listen and proceeded to blowdry it how I asked her not to. Then at the end when I told them I wasn’t happy the other clients who were there getting nails done started to actually get involved and tell me I just didn’t want to pay which was not the case. I was abused by the staff and the clients there and told they would call the guards. In the end they made me pay for half the price of the full service which apparently was 120€ for a tbar toner and blowdry . So I had to pay 60€ I’m so unhappy. Please avoid going here at all costs.
Awful experience. Disgusted with the service today booked an appointment for 3.55 I then got stuck in traffic and notified the salon that I would be 10-15 mins late, the girl on the phone seemed lovely said that it was no problem at all. But the lady doing my friends brows was quite rude. Will never be getting my brows done here again!
Absolute disgrace of a place . Had an appointment with my friend for 3.55 and 4.10 we rang in advance letting them know we would be five-ten minutes late. The lady on the phone said that’s fine and we showed up and she told us she’ll only do one of us and got annoyed and almost said we wasted her time. Waste of a journey and left the girl’s eyebrow without washing fully off. Awful experience

Picture speaks for itself. Nails lifting and broken in under a week. The salon owner was so rude when I showed her own work to her and wanted MORE money to fix them! They refuse to accept card and take cash only which is suspicious. Won't be returning.
