Ordered from Just Eat at approximately 9pm and was one of the nicest Indian Cuisines I’ve ever ordered! Scorching hot on arrival with especially tender chicken perfect to the taste, also added extra chicken korma for first time we’ve ordered from them! highly recommend! X
Food arrived piping hot. Unfortunately one curry had a layer of black, burnt onions on top which we scraped off. Unfortunately the dish tasted bitter and vinegary and was inedible... first time I have ever had to throw a curry away after just few mouthfuls. Very, very disappointed
The best! There's a few Indian takeaways to choose from in Pontardawe but this place is by far the best! The best I've ever had in fact out of all the Indian takeaways I've had. Food is delicious and the naan breads are out of this world. The staff including the chef are very friendly and know me by name now. They often predict what I'm going to order!! ???? it's also received a 5 out of 5 food hygiene rating which is reassuring.
This has to be the worst indian meal i have ever had the starters i had tandoori chicken it was like chewing a chewing gum aweful we also had baggie starter aweful . My son had a keema nam which was burnt and rock hard . The on to mains it was the worst chicken biryani that we have ever had the rice was like mash i shall add a picture it was aweful . They said half hour it turned up 1 hr and 10 mos after order i only hope this review helps people it is rubbish and good luck if u go here
The food was amazing but if I had ordered it online it would have been £4 cheaper. When challenged I was told the menu has been updated and then put the phone down on me. I had to attend as believe it was ordered. Food good customer services rubbish. Change your website guys it's false advertising.
Ordered our food at 6.20 on Tuesday 29th of Nov, it arrived at 8.10 after 2 phone calls to ask where it was. The food was cold and tasteless and we were unable to eat it, I complained again about it and was promised a free replacement the next day, which didn't arrive. When I rang to ask they said it would arrive in half an hour but nothing came. Wint be ordering here again
Havent been to Raaz for a while....it used to be 5 star plus and we were looking forward to it. Just had very poor meal. Spinach in saag paneer and palak pilau rice tasted burnt. Partners saag aloo (spinach & potatoes) was almost orange in colour?? Kormas nice enough but bhuna prawn puree not as good as before. Dont know whats happened tonight but not good.
Had a curry from here last week. And I have to say was 1 of the best I've had I had the balti also order chicken tikka biryani. Very tasty will definitely order again. Well worth the drive from swansea
