Just been turned away because they were too busy to even check if they had my prescription in stock. Fobbed off without then even looking. They were also fobbing another patient/ customer off at the same time. This is despite there being more staff behind the counter than there were people in the queue.
I agree with the positive comments as I have always found all the staff which includes the delivery staff very pleasant and helpful,keep up the good work

Best pharmacy and staff in the business. The staff are my reason for 5 stars though, I get on really well with them all. They're always polite and in a good mood too
Incompetent service and a very cheeky member of staff every single month having to chase prescription up for a very elderly lady who is being left without medication seriously need closed down
I have had to cancel my prescription delivery from Youngs as they are totally incompetent. I have phoned and asked for morning delivery on numerous occasions, they promise to do this but never do, you then have to wait in until they decide to despatch which can be as late as 6pm basically Mr Young works to his own rules not to the requests of his customers.
Great service never ever had a problem with this pharmacy being going in here for years now get my meds delivered as I've moved there are other shops nearer to where I live now but I'd never change from Robs staff are lovely as well.
