Was recommended to REO by a close friend to do some corrective paintwork on my Aston Martin. Have to say the quality of their work is outstanding. Highly recommend these guys.
My car was booked in weeks in advance for bodywork. I called in the week before to confirm the booking and walk through the job with a technician. Today (Saturday) I received a call from the owner Rob stating that he needed to cancel the booking due to new ramps being fitted on Monday (the day the car was booked in). What a waste of time. He must have known these works were planned well in advance and chose to mess me about and waste my time instead. Fancy phoning a customer at the last minute cancelling. Very unprofessional and unreliable in my opinion.
