Arrived in Richmond on holiday with my car making a horrible noise- a nasty rattle. Phoned to see if any chance of it being looked at & told no problem at all just pop in. Was seen very quickly, a simple fix ( if you know what you’re doing) and no charge! Absolutely amazing service & such kindness. Would highly recommend.
Squeezed in an urgent suspension job when every other garage said they were too busy - saved us being stranded on holiday! Excellent service, rapid turnaround and very reasonable prices, would highly recommend.

I have taken my car to this garage a number of times now: from tyres, oil leak, wheel bearing, brakes, mot service.
I have found them to be quick, honest, friendly and helpful. Cheaper than my previous garage, and better. They are good at diagnosing and fixing problems.
They always try to fit you in and help you out
They charge a fair price, not expensive and offer a good service, I highly recommend them and will keep using them for as long as I live in the area.

Brilliant and really friendly customer service at Bramleys. Thanks so much as we were in Richmond on holiday so needed our car fault fixed urgently. Bramleys fitted us in at really short notice at a really reasonable price and basically did us a favour which meant we could get on with our holiday as otherwise we were stuck.
