I asked over the phone if they could track my Motorhome with it being a long wheel base low level with dual rear wheels. They said yes.
I took it to them and they did it no issues.
Prior to this I must have taken it to at least 4 Tyre places and rang three.
So I was very happy with the service. Thanks Tony
Booked my car in for an MOT a week in advance. Dropped the car off at and noted I had to pick it up in 2 hours, no problem. Returned in 2 hours; the owner, who I gave the key to and booked it in with, has forgotten to tell his mechanics it's booked in... Returned the car in the afternoon and tell them this time I'll wait (so I know it'll get done), sat waiting for 3.5 hours in the garage before getting the car back. An entire day wasted on getting an MOT done that had been booked in a week prior, awful service.
just had my car in for the MOT and only needed a small repair. Unfortunately they are another garage that doesn't ring when the job is done and customer service isn't the best.
The owner Carl is a nice guy and seems honest but the other employees are questionable and in my opinion affect the integrity of the business.
It was the last straw today when I went down for a missing part that they did not put back on my car as part if an indicator bulb change, they claimed it wasn't there in the first place! I knew it was as I had been sorting the condensation in my car headlight! Anyway it was found after all in their garage but yes you guessed it! No phone call!
Will not be using again.
Great customer service!!! Went for a MOT this morning it was done on time, with no delays. When I can home I realise I dont have a phone. Guys in the garage found it a kept it safe for me. Thanks again. Will definitely use this garage again.
Went in and agreed a price for 2 slow punctures. When i returned they'd done different work for a higher price without asking me. I paid-up anyway and left, but both tyres were deflated again within a week. How could I not think these guys are Cowboys??
Just called in with a very flat tyre- my tyre wasn't in stock but now ordered and should be sorted tomorrow! With no spare on the boot and my safety in mind they drove me home!

Chuffed I've found this place! Close to work, good prices (tyre fitting) and really good to deal with.
Have to laugh when people complain about problems with part worn tyres - that's the nature of the things! Somebody else didn't want them!
Would definitely recommend.
Fitted new tyres there. Tyres were ordered online and delivered to them. Car was vibrating immediately after. Wheels weren't balanced at all. Went to them again and the problem still persisted. Finally only Kwikfit sorted it.
Wheels should always be balanced after changing tyres. Old weights have to be removed before spinning the tyres on the machine and new ones added if necessary. This did not happen.
