I love this Pharmacy and I have always had positive experiences every time I visit. The staff are friendly and helpful and it makes me feel comfortable.
The owner is kind, prioritises the customer's satisfaction and goes above what you'd expect in reasonable situations. For instance, the cash machine was not working so the owner let me off the hook. It just shows that they genuinely care about their customers' well-being.
I love the fact that they have such a wide variety of things even with their small size. The selection of products is pretty good and has most things a person may need. Based on my personal experience, I would give them a five-star rating!
Great service from friendly and obliging staff who make the process quick and pleasant. Was lucky enough to be part of the kind hour at Queens Pharmacy today - where they do an act of kindness and choose someone randomly to give away a free item. Lovely surprise! Great service at this pharmacy always - highly recommend to all.
I want to thank the Pharmacist, Nasir.. he is always going above and beyond for our family all the time and we really appreciate it. He is super helpful and very knowledgeable. If you have any questions Nasir is definitely the Pharmacist to talk too.

Tonight my girlfriend was feeling ill and was overdue on her antidepressants due to leaving them at home. I used 111 online and was told this was the only pharmacy which were open near me (40 minute drive) which could supply them.
I had a lovely conversation over the phone with the dispenser Mauline, who displayed compassion and empathy for the situation and kept the store open well past closing for us to get down and get the emergency prescription.
Both Mauline and the pharmacist Nasa were absolutely wonderful and reminded us both that there are still decent human beings in the world. Without them, it would've been a lot longer of a drive to get them, with my girlfriend feeling extremely ill throughout the night. They were absolutely fantastic. Thank you both!
this pharmacy was an absolute lifesaver. i needed emergency medication and the staff was beyond helpful and kind. i want to say a big thankyou to nasa and moline especially for being so lovely. thankyou again! i will not forget this interaction.
Not sure what's going on here any more but this pharmacy has definitely gone downhill this year. Turns out the multiple delays I've had to my repeat prescription are the fault here rather than my GP surgery (who action the request pretty quickly). I continuously have to chase the progress of my prescriptions, am told the item isn't in stock when I ring but then I suddenly get a text a couple of hours later advising it's ready for collection. The staff can be quite condescending too... on my most recent visit, the chap assumed I didn't have to pay for my prescription (not sure why as I turned up post work)
