Criminally negligent behaviour, consistently issuing the incorrect medication and being treated with no compassion. This medication is issued with good reason and should be mindful of that when dealing with patients and their families.
Doctors and nurses are disciplined severely for this kind of behaviour. I believe pharmacists and their staff should be held to the same standard.
The staff in what was Lloyd's, now Pyramid are lovely helpful people. I have known one of the chemists for a long time, before this, our lovely long time lady whom we all miss used to help the patients over and beyond. Now we have other staff, all polite and helpful if you are in need.
I know that they get a lot of abuse, anger at times, and that will be people taking out their temper on processes that can not be within the chemists control, yet they tolerate people blaming and behaving without any cobtrol over themselves. Very often I feel people may experience the stessful time they have had at the doctors surgery and the chemist is where they take it out on as it's the end of the line.
I am not the best patient, often forget my repeats at times, or not well enough so late though try not to for instance, yet they are always kind and patient with me.
We are very lucky to have these lovely people in our local chemist. They have an extremely difficult situation trying to process so many prescriptions, and not able to sort out what may be due to the surgery.

Always amazing service! The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. The pharmacist (Bash) was knowledgeable, professional, informative and addressed all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.
Fantastic service, needed to find a specific medicine and they had it in stock! They downloaded the prescription from the NHS portal (I didn’t even know you could do that!) and had it ready in 30 mins for collection. Very helpful and professional.
