Best KPortal Reviews
Bikram at Pyramid Pharmacy, 98 St Jude's Road, has been incredibly helpful whilst supporting my mum and sister with their repeat prescriptions and changing medication requests. Thank you Bikram and team for your help and communication.
After they left a disablean with out his medication over Xmas I go there today to be met with rude and arrogant manager called Ellen that told me its my problem and was unwilling to help till I told her to look again then it magically was found. Why work with people with no people skills. They had one job to look on a list and deliver meds but it seems to be to much of a challenge 35 min wait for them to give medication with no one in the shop
Please note this review was for Lloyds pharmacy and Not pyramid who have recently taken over.
They cannot cope with the demand of this village, prescriptions are not found or the items are never in stock, as for the shouting across the store all your private information, it just isn't how a pharmacy should be.
So unprofessional the old woman with a limp is so rude !! The anxiety to order with her is insane i ask her for a cream that was privately prescribed and she told me to sit down i have advised her i need to know the price first “ yes sit down they have to put it in the system then they will know” another kind lady calls me and does DP then says the price, the price is too high for me so i said no thank you ill get it via NHS then she acts shocked and says well you could have said ! I literally told you 5 mins before you miserable woman!!!! How can you huff and puff and embarrass a customer. Have you seen your reviews ? So unprofessional, switch your pharmacy title to in a constant state of misery
A total disaster of a pharmacy. Rude staff. I went to collect my covid LFT kit and was advised by the counter I now had to QR scan. Poor Internet connection so was refused the kits. Some weeks back you just collected them and answered two questions. My biggest gripe is the pharmacist who doesn't show her face but shouts out replies from the back. Surly old lady with walking stick. behind the counter. I walked in one morning and approached the counter to be told we are closed. I said we'll the door I'd open and was told we are having a delivery. Avoid at all cost, travel into Egham Town Centre to Jay's Pharmacy if you want you sanity restored. Staff are very professional and as it is a family run business very courteous to one and all.
I have left a review before, however, I do not understand how this pharmacy does not listen to reviews? a Pharmacy is supposed to be helpful, but this pharmacy fills me with anxiety every time I walk in there. There is one women who is always judgemental, will look me up and down and I think she does not have the ability to smile. I already have mental health problems and I am here for my medication, I certainly do not need someone like her to make me feel bad about myself, or judged for taking certain medication. Please someone do something about this! Especially as I am not the only one!
I’m not happy with the service I’ve been receiving over the past 3 months. I’m filled up with so much anxiety going there.
Most of the Staff are lovely. But..
There’s a temporary dispenser. Who has been completely rude to me and has shared my information to the public . And shouting out what medications I take.
I’m extremely upset about this.
I’m a recovering addict and I’m out of recovery.
The lady treats me like I am one . When I’m not.
I have it in writing from Unither house.
I don’t think she is qualified with her people skills.
Completely rude . And sharing my information is disgraceful. Especially to a vulnerable adult with mental and physical health problems.
Rubbish pharmacy. I admit I turned up 5 minutes before closing time, but the lady I encountered seemed to want to run down the clock before closing rather than get me what I needed. When I asked to see the pharmacist, she initially stayed behind her partition and didn't come out to talk to me, only emerging when I specifically asked to speak to her. Eventually she came out to tell me that what I wanted needed a ten minute consultation and she couldn't help. It's like she went out of her way to be unhelpful, unpleasant to deal with and unwilling to go the extra mile for someone who needed their help. So I left feeling very dissapointed and went somewhere else who established my needs in precisely 3 minutes, not 10 and got me what I needed. Oh and it was £5 cheaper than at this place, so I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.
