Love it. Great age range of people. Coffee delicious, cakes very tasty and it's fun watching the baker onsite. Plants good but a little too expensive.
Had brunch here today with my daughter. What a great place. Great range of food and drink. Friendly staff. Seating isn’t for everyone. Mix of benches, couches and small tables.
Range of plants, natural cosmetics and homemade breads, conserves etc for sale.
Love it here! Family, friend and lone friendly! If you like me are looking to visit over Xmas then they are open both Xmas & New Year eves 2023 between 9-2pm. Closed on Xmas, boxing & NY day. Confirmed via email. You can thank me later (or by saying please treat the sunday runners group on my behalf ;-))
Immaculate vibes, immaculate interior, and the menu is great too. Loads of choice, unique and interesting stuff that you don’t get at many other places. The drinks are lovely, and they have their own bakery (bread is for sale, very cool) which is a nice touch. The only reason I feel like 5/5 is not appropriate is the price compared to portion size really. Everything else is honestly top quality, with pop ups, plants, and little gifts and goodies for sale too. We have been here twice and no doubt will return. I do recommend for brunch, if you’re after a light bite while you work!
Lovely bread and sweet bakes, and a fair price for the excellent coffee. Eat-in food prices are a little steep, but good quality fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Clean toilets (I've stopped using Cafe Nero in Loughborough as the toilets are always filthy/not working and some of the staff need retraining). Will definitely be using Public in the future.
Nice smell of fresh bread as entering the cafe.
Open plan with mixed seating options. Tables, sofas, bean bag type chairs. Options available for kids and adults.
Ordered the brunch plate . Great portion and mix of food.
Waffles were good but make sure to eat them hot.
Originally got the wrong food but wasn't certain if that was a miscommunication from my part of within the team. Nonetheless once I told them they didn't hesitate to correct the issue no questions asked. Great service.
Will definitely come again.
Favourite café in Loughborough. Spacious, good space to study or chat. Great pastries, decent coffee, amazing breakfast dishes. Their sourdough bread is standout, as well as their croissants.
The cafe space is amazing and unique. A great place for students, families and all looking for a quick coffee or relaxed lunch. They serve lovely food and coffee, with a different selection of baked treats every week. The staff were super friendly.
