I've used PS Auto Services three times now as they are just beside my house. I took my car there for an MOT, a repair and most recently for a full service. I am very happy with the service, the lady working on reception is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. Would 100% recommend :)
This review is not related to service but the behavior and attitude of the staff.
I may admit that the repair shop might be good (as i did not get chance to get my car’s bumper repaired”.
I went to the workshop after reading the reviews. The receptionist came and started telling extremely rudely about appointment. I wanted to check if the bumper would be fixed or not as ofcourse i would be taking appointment for the repair. She did not listen and started saying that i need to remove car immediately and started telling (infact shouting) extremely rudely.
I did not come here to get it done for free but ofcourse to pay!
Anyways, my suggestion is to please train the staff about how to speak gently and entertain the customer and LISTEN to the complaint.
I agree it would be very busy for you but please do not forget that everyone is busy.

Would like to share my experience with P S Auto Services I normally don't do reviews but today felt like a had to give them credit as they are absolutely fantastic and professional every time I go there for the past 3 years they even top up the oil on last year's MOT as it was low. Great job Indeed and the lady at the desk is so friendly so big ???? thank you.
Booked my BMW Z4 in for an MOT. The woman telephonist was very welcoming and showed some knowledge of BMWs. Taking the car in this morning, the mechanics were similarly friendly and, in discussion, were obviously well-versed in the Z4 and its quirks. I have been using a BMW independent specialist in Hampshire for servicing, but I may start taking it to PS locally now. Recommended.
