Just ordered chicken Kiev pizza, I went to collect it, so lovely and hot when got home, the only thing that let it down was ,there is NO GARLIC ON IT, or any mushrooms .Which makes it a Kiev pizza. I was disappointed as the pizza had not much flavour.
First time I ordered on just eat order was cancelled instantly without an explanation as to why nor a phone call to explain, finally phone up and it's cancelled due to me living two far away 2 mile away to be exact.
Second time I call up get told one price on the phone and a different price at the door phone the shop up and there just like oh yeah sorry I wouldn't mind if the food was edible.
Never ever ordering from this tip again.
Just ordered from here whilst on holiday at crimdon dene. Staff on the phone was very helpful and polite. They rang us before food set off from shop to meet us at reception which was lovely. The food itself is absolutely beautiful and came still piping hot. We ordered a meal deal which had bits of everything and it was all beautiful. Thank you for a lovely meal.
Absolutely appalling service. I ordered some food for some family staying at the local caravan park and upon delivery I was called by the driver who refused outright to deliver the food to the caravan and said she would only take it to reception. Regardless of my efforts to get her to bring the food she refused and I had to head off to the other side of the site to collect it from her. This wasn’t so much the issue, however had I have not been there with my car, my other members of family would not have been able to walk to the other side of the caravan park at all so would have gone without their food. My partner called the shop to enquire and complain about this only to be sworn at and to be told that it wasn’t his problem! Which for any establishment is a completely unacceptable way to treat paying customers. I would have been able to get past this had the food have been warm and of decent quality, but it was pretty much cold and probably the worst kebab I’ve ever tasted. Avoid completely...I will never order from here again!
Wouldn't even give this star if I could help it. Ordered at 6.40pm never arrived till 8.25pm! Order was wrong, phoned them to be dealt with off a snotty sarcastic man! Never apologised once for the food being wrong , late and then wanted to charge me for the chips that they had missed off the order. THEN I open my roast chicken to find that it was fried to a dry like state....phoned back to get a load of mouth off the...who I think was the owner. I'm now sat waiting again for a new one which he said will be awhile as they are busy. Not expecting it to arrive. All food was cold/customer service was diabolical and will never be returning here again. Seems since it was took over its gone down hill!!!!

Always been our favourite pizza shop. Pizzas are perfectly baked and plenty of toppings. The parmos are great too and they use a seasoning on the chips which make them extra tasty. Can't fault this place.
Applied for delivery jobs all over the town all pay £30-£40 up front £1 delivery after that.
Prontos pay £30 and 50p a delivery so when you phone for a delivery don't pay more than 50 pence coz he's pocketing it.
Is he allowed to do that?
Poor service, wrong order (not just once), food has gone downhill in the last couple of years and the amount of unwashed kids roaming around outside would put anyone off. Disappointing as it used to be fairly decent.
