My wife had a terrible experience here. She went to see if she could hire a bike. She was initially ignored by the (British) chap at the desk and when he eventually acknowledged her presence he was condescending and dismissive. Whilst ignoring her he was expanding at great length to another customer how British bike mechanics are all rubbish and he ought to bring his bike here!
Absolutely loved his place and the people running it and can only recommend to fellow cyclists. The booking process is easy and well thought through, you get decent bikes at reasonable prices, pickup and return is super chill… need anything else? Hasta la próxima! ????
Excellent service! I called the day before as was having some issues with my bike. Brought it in first thing the next morning and had my bike back fully sorted within 3 hours - I even got given a bottle for my troubles! Cannot recommend enough - thanks for your help guys!
On holiday last week and needed brake pads and bar tape. Great service by Martin and very quickly fitted and had me back on the road very much appreciated :)
