Best KPortal Reviews

Have been visiting this dentist for as long as I can remember.
Always greeted by a smile and professionalism from the reception staff before being welcomed in by the Dentist and dental nurse.
Azar (female dentist) always ensures to make you feel comfortable especially for my children who like most children are initially a little fearful of the dentist.
My teenage daughter had an accident whilst getting off the train and put her teeth through her lip and they squeezed her in at short notice for X-rays and a check up. They then ensured she was booked in for a follow up appointment incase the roots had been damaged.
I would honest recommend priory Road dentist to anyone.
I have been using this dental practice for years and have always found both the dentist to be very professional and the receptionist to be very helpful, kind and caring. I would recommend.
If I could put zero stars for this so called "dentist", then I would. The only reason I have accepted the 1 star review is that the receptionist was very friendly and also apologetic when I came from the rude dentist's room in tears. I was taken to a woman's refuge for domestic violence which was across the other side of london. When I was finally re-housed a few years later, it was in a different area. Therefore, I did not receive a letter changing the time and date of an appointment and did not know there were any problems. Because they could see me, I made my way across from Bexhill, only to be humiliated by the male dentist. He stated he couldn't see me as I had missed an appointment.
I asked why when he told me this, and explained the situation back then. Even then, the dentist before (9 years ago) had stated it wasn't my fault and said not to worry. The rude little man didn't want to know, said he didn't care and there was nothing he could do.
I explained I was very poorly with my breathing and its hard for me to travel,;so couldn't he tell me over the phone and then give my slot to someone else? He said it's not his problem and to try somewhere else. Personally, I think that they get paid if you turn up and computer says no: so they can fit more people in and make more money. Making money off the misery of the people who can't do anything about it and a lot of time are in extreme pain. Please do not go there if you are anyone with anxiety issues or trauma.
First off I'd like to say that the reception staff here are really lovely,as for my treatment the dentist gave me back my smile as I needed teeth out and needed dentures, I did feel it was rushed a little but being a NHS patient I was ok with it ,I can now smile without having to put my hand over my mouth, I'd definitely recommend this dentist.
My dental practice has no dentist so I was able to use this practice for "1 course of treatment". I found Mr Amirazody excellent. I had a filling under which there was some decay and had been causing me a lot of pain. He did his work very expertly. I highly recommend this practice
Excellent service from Priory Road Dental surgery. Every member of staff are friendly and professional. This dental surgery was recommended to me via a friend. Previously I went to a private dental practice which told me I required several fillings and a root canal, and were trying to charge me an extortionate amount, that I simply could not afford. I came to Priory Road Dental Practice to get a second opinion. The dentist stated that I only needed one filling, she was so humble and honest and incredibly professional - she took the time to answer any queries or concerns that I had and was very reassuring. I highly recommend this surgery. Special mention to the kind lady at the reception and the amazing lady dentist and the kind dental hygienist.
Not my Dentist but my Sons My own dentist is really friendly and professional. But had no option but to use this one as most are full. The reception were friendly, but the male Dentist is extremely rude and basically called me a liar when I explained I had not been given the correct information about a follow up treatment. I hope to find another Dental surgery as others have said. Rude avoid
I have been with this dentist surgery since I was little and now my children also belong to this surgery. On our visit yesterday, my children were being children and I managed to settle them down but I was very disappointed with the receptionist who thought it would be okay to say to the dentist in the dental room "can you see these kids soon as they're doing my head in" I don't think she realised I could hear her but it was totally unprofessional and rude and she's lucky I didn't mention it when I was there as I didn't want to bring anything up in front of my children. Be better & be kinder!
