If I could give no stars I would. Every time I have to collect a prescription there is an issue. I queued for 30 minutes and was then told that they had nothing for my husband despite him being told by them to come in yesterday to collect the prescription! I moved pharmacy to Alrewas a while back now and the service is much better so he’s going to do the same.
What's happened?None of my husbands heart medication available supposedly a supplier problem!! Went to Boots they ordered it and it was available next day.
Today it was the same with mine they had 1 weeks worth not the 4 weeks on prescription was told to go elsewhere as they didn't know when they would have it as there was a supplier problem!!! Are you going bust? At least have the guts to say so!@
Very slow staff. More interested in talking amongst each other. Never have full pres riptide. Staff ignorant.

Me and my friend went to England for our holidays but shortly after that I got sick ???? I went to many Pharmacy's but they couldn't help me ????. After some time I found the Primary Care Pharmacy ???? and there was this black haired, young Lady and she was soo nice to me. She knew exactly what she were doing and it was great to get treated by a well known employee ???? after I took the medicine I felt good again.. Amazing!

Going from bad to worse, missing items to fulfill a scrip, cancelling my scrip, wrong tab amounts fro my wife and missing items. A morning wasted yesterday chasing them, got to go back this morning as still wrong. Going to Boots instead. Have used this chemist over 40 yrs. Now it's useless.
I was staying with my family friends and realised I had left my eppipen at home, I went to the pharmacy to ask for one, granted it was busy and the shop was packed but everyone working there was very kinda and helped me as quick as they could.
Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy, go literally anywhere else.
They make you air out your exemptions when it comes to paying for prescriptions. So if you are exempt in anyway from paying for any prescriptions and would like to explain discreetly don’t bother going here because they’ll shout letting the entire lobby know, when asking you for your exemption belittling you in-front of everyone as you then have to tell them your private reasons for it.
That’s not all, they are little to no help over the phone, and with them being next to a GP practice you’d think they would be able to organise prescriptions from there quickly. Nope! They can take days if not weeks to organise your prescriptions.
Not one staff member smiles, jokes or seems like they even want to be helping the public. Unfortunately I will never use this pharmacy again. After witnessing what happened to me happen to someone else in-front of me.
Disgraceful!
