Food was fine service not good. Asked 3 times for a bottle of Peroni, first time when I was asked what I would like to drink, second time when the starter arrived and third time when I finished the starter. For desert I asked for just Vanilla ice cream sounds easy enough but they Brought one scoop of strawberry and one Vanilla, 50% right. Lastly they bought the bill 3 times before it was correct.
Went on a Sunday afternoon. Food was good as was the service. The young waiter who served us was a really friendly guy and made a big effort, which I think makes a big difference to a place. Nice setting and reasonable prices as well. Recommended!

Food was very good. Service was absolutely abysmal. Had to ask for everything. Two members of staff were dancing while tables were ignored. It wasn't even busy so there was really no excuse. My partner and I were discussing earlier in the evening why so many Prezzo's were closing. I think we found our answer.
We used Buyagift vouchers to fund this 'experience', and the value for money is probably ok (I thought it was amazing BEFORE we experienced this establishment - but you do get what you paid £10 for).
Should we'd paid the full price, we would have probably much more upset - this was the slowest service we've ever head anywhere (3 hours for a starter, main and desert).
Wine included in the deal is very bad; the quality of most dishes was way below average (dry Caesar with burnt chicken, bruschetta that looked more like naan bread with a few whole tomatoes thrown on it). all that was topped up with atrocious service, both from the speed and attitude perspective.
Table was booked for 7pm and food ordered by 7:10, very slow service, didn't get our main courses until 8:20pm. Staff are friendly when you actually encounter them but don't seem to be very good at watching their tables and checking things are OK etc. Food is nice but nothing special! Had a similar experience on my last visit a few months ago but thought I would give it another chance.. won't be coming back.
5 of us had booked for a midweek evening meal. Service was average, rather "cool" reception from staff who seemed more interested in being supercilious to the various different tables of ladies who were dining that evening. Food ok, but not as good as my last meal at Zizzis. No attempt to engage with us by the staff, no offer of ground pepper or freshly grated parmesan! Issue with using our voucher code for 30% off mains, would only accept it if we had desserts too; which is not what the t&c's stated. Would have been 2 stars, but gave 3 stars as it's a really lovely Regency building. . !
Lovely place, delicious food and good atmosphere. Only thing I would say is that the service can be a bit slow, seems like the servers may be serving too many tables at once
