Best KPortal Reviews
Great service, staff are friendly, drinks are what you would expect from other Pret A Manger shops, and the shop itself is clean. It's also nice to now have a Pret in Worthing.
I don't normally do reviews on pret BUT I think all other prets could learn a thing from the worthing shop I had a coffee to have in and I got it in a China mug not a paper cup! It just shows as a chain they have become lazy by serving all coffees in a paper cups by no means I would call myself a environmentist but I think the paper cups are wasteful and they are still using Covid as an excuse for it COME ON NOW that bird has flown.
Pret Worthing is deffo one of my favourite Prets! The staff are lovely and coffee is great! Thumbs up????????
Worst Pret branch I’ve ever been to. The flat white was cold & without the top layer. Pain aux Raisin tastes horrible mist probably old baked despite being at 10:00 am. Funny enough they have the most expensive coffee but you pay for the brand name not the quality.
Don’t expect to get the same quality as london pret cafes. The only good side was that they gave me another coffee when I complained about it. But still the bakeries were awful.
Is this what we call service now? Rushed and aggressive staff who dump drinks shout and run. People left wondering which is their drink. Won't come back with service like this. Cookies are great !
Had been wishing Pret would come to worthing for ages but what a disappointment, charge you a fortune for eating in and you sit eating off a napkin and with a paper cup!!! Coffee was good but sandwich had barely a hint of fillings and pain aux raisin was tastless! Gone the way of the chain cutting costs and losing the essence of what made them good.
The Pret in Worthing has only been open for a short amount of time, but it's obvious that the staff there are passionate about good quality service.
I ordered an iced vanilla coffee and was swiftly served with a smile. I will be returning here frequently for my subscription coffee!
Am a frequent visitor to Pret’s London branches, so was pleased to see a branch open in Worthing- which incidentally is a franchise. The veggie sandwich options are pretty rubbish. Young, female staff are definitely ‘brusque’ - as another reviewer mentioned. However, the blonde (Polish?) lady is lovely, as are the male staff. I also agree that some of the staff need a little more training.
