took my car to this garage for a full service on the phone i was told it was £220 but on the day when picking the car up it has come to £330 he had changed a coil pack without asking me to do so, which i now know he shouldnt of changed anything without ringing me and asking so after paying took the car and within 1 hour my car was miss firing revving up and down on its own and the engine mangement light had come on so i took my car back the next day to him with him saying he forgot to put something back on while putting the car back together, which he had actually broke a pipe on my inlet manofold so and he has now bodged it back on, while doing that hes also broke my turbo pipe so altogether for a service on my car ive had £1000 damage put onto my car which i will NOT use this garage again and will be sure to tell people of how bad he is, i have pictures and videos of dates and times of the damage he has caused to my car, my breaks also stop working now and again since he has broke the inlet manofield and he seen that i had a 3 year old daughter with me, in my eyes he wanted to con alot more money out of me by damaging and breaking my car in so many ways
Little Christmas miracle today ..after months of worrying ..fixing ..spending..our car passed its Mot today ..we can not thank Prestatyn Motors for all the work they have done ..and some jobs they just did without charging us ..They have been honest with us ..they have adviced us ..they took the time to listen to us ..when we had a issue they two fellas made sure they got us back on the road ..they made sure when we needed the work done ..it was sorted no later than 12pm so we could get back to work ..they gave us free diagnostic ..they fixed and cleaned parts we never asked them to ..they do not charge extortionate hourly rate ..only problem we have with them is they like to chat .Totally made up with the work ..there commitment .????
Great friendly service and very helpful when my Citroen Dispatch’s engine warning light came on while I was on holiday. Diagnostics were run to identify a radiator fan control issue, but as they only carry out mechanical repairs, services and MOTs, I was given advice and directed to a nearby auto electrician.
On holiday when my brakes failed. I put the car in to get fixed. Very helpfull took time to explain what he did. £40 for 1hrs Labour which is a good price. He made sure the car was legal & most important safe to drive. If needed again I would easily put my car back into him if I was in the area again. Friendly & helpful staff

Read reviews sounded really good, with friendly staff. Sorry not my experience today. Unhelpful, sullen, never been to a garage with staff like it. Yes they failed my car on its front tyres, I took it away, replaced them then went back to get certificate. I take it he was the main mechanic /owner, so rude. Never using these again.
Whether you drive a car, or ride a motorcycle- then Prestatyn Service Centre is THE place to take it.
What ever your vehicle needs.. be a service or an MOT, you really would be pushed to find anywhere better and more experienced than here.
Owner Anthony French, is a Top notch mechanic and fine mot tester, of all vehicles.
He very clearly takes a pride in all of his work, that is very much evident and echoed by his meticulous high standards.
The Service Centre is both large, and, welcoming.
Being located just off Marine Road, by the traffic lights - access is easy and perfect to reach.
There are of course other places to take vehicles to get serviced or mot'd, but I very much doubt that ANY would come up to the great service and very high standards, of Prestatyn Service Centre.
But don't just take my word for it, get your vehicle there and see for yourself!
