Been to this shop twice in 2 days and both times I have been short changed. Thought maybe the first time was a mistake but to do it twice is NO accident. Wonder how many other customers they have done this to. I will not be shopping there again and their customer service is disgusting, very rude and arrogant. That's no way to run a business
What a marvellous local family convenience store! Clean, tidy and always well stocked with everything you’d expect & staff are always welcoming and have time for a chat. Highly recommended
Worst customer service of any shop in Newport. Miserable, rude and ignorant. I begrudge giving them any money, and many we've spoken to feel the same.
Took something to the counter which had a price on it, to then be told it cost more when rang through the till. Person working came up with some absolute rubbish of a reason as to why it cost more and would not charge the actual price it had on it. Have heard from other people who have been in here I am not alone in experiencing this. Will never shop here again.
Great little shop. Well stocked and you can get coffee too. A proper neighbourhood shop with good parking.
Staff consistantly helpful and cheery. Happy to order in what they dont have, and to chatter and joke, passing the time of day.
Extremely good selection of foods & drinks
