**APPALLING SERVICE AND TREATMENT AVOID**
We took our e scooter for a simple repair 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. The guy Caz said it would take up to a week to be repaired, a week passed without any communication what so ever, we tried calling, messaging but had no response. We decided to drive there and he said he still hasn't done it, but told us, it would definitely be done on Monday and told us to collect the scooter at 5:30pm on Monday. We returned on Monday to find his garage closed with no communication to say he wouldn't be there. Again he was closed on the following day aswell. After texting for the 100th time, he responded, saying sorry and that he would AGAIN have it ready for collection on the Wednesday, so again we went to his garage to find he had completely forgotten about our message the night before and STILL has not finished the job. We should of just ran a mile then but gave him another chance when he said Thrusday it would definitely be finished. I decided to text him that evening to say I was unhappy with the service we have received and he responded with and i quote " (well because you are unhappy with the service, you can wait now for it to be done" )and that was the last communication we had, he has been closed every day since. I have message to say that i want my property back now and no longer want him to continue working on my scooter. I have now been to seek legal advice and been advised to take legal action against him if he does not respond to my request.
I cannot stress enough, avoid this guy, he is unprofessional, dishonest, unrrealiable and closed all the time.

Really happy with service provided, great place with competitive prices and a cute dog. Got my bike on Facebook marketplace and in a pretty bad state, but they’ve fixed it up nicely with all the necessities, not going overboard. Ordered a variety of mudguards for me to see what style I liked, but only charged me for the set I picked. Great to support small businesses too ????
The owner very friendly and helpful. The shop was recommended by cyclist friends of mine. I had a couple of problems with my electric bike. He fixed the problem for me and took the time explaining what he had done to rectify the fault with my brakes. A good experience. I will be going back to him for regular maintenance on my cycle.
I was over the moon to discover Rick & Caz's repair shop. I have a big electric mountain bike, battery was not charging plus tyres and brakes needed replacing and my bike bits are bankrupt stock!
Rick tested everything, looked for solutions that were going to be as money saving for me as possible and talked straight with me.
He found a battery to fit my bike, Caz even drove down ( as local) to pick it up and what more can I say, bike is better than before, the lads are lovely and the cost of repairs and labour were fair and real.
So nice to find an old skool tell it how it place these days
One happy bunny & will not be going anywhere else to get my bike serviced etc anymore.

Absolutely brilliant ,fitted a new inner tube on my e scooter.collected and got it back same day.would definitely recommend to any one.
Will definitely use them again to keep my scooter in good condition.

Cazz has done such a good job on mine and my sisters bike. He fixed my chain, my gears, and my brakes. He fixed the bearing on the peddles for ny sister. He's fixed the bikes and we've had no issues with bikes since. We.will definitely be using this place. I 100% recommend cazz to anyone who has a broken bike.
