Attended precious dental care as an emergency patient due to my wisdom tooth and the dentist Lynn Woo was excellent and listened to my problems and extracted the tooth with ease all in one appointment. She provided excellent patient care and aftercare for me. The practice itself however is run down but I was not expecting great things at an NHS provided emergency dental care. Thank you.
They had my last review deleted because I told the truth about how Gopinath Thota attacked my 10 year old son for recording his vile behaviour towards me.
Long story short Gopinath Thota didn’t wanna actually do his job and I was speaking up as a woman telling him he needs to treat my son who is 8 as he’s come in with a broken tooth with a sharp edge. He wanted my son off the seat as quickly as possible for the next patient but because I told him he needs to help my child he got frustrated and angry. Which shocked me as we went in for help not to be dismissed and told eventually it’ll fall out, but I said what about in the meantime while he’s biting his cheek and how about it’s causing him discomfort. He got angry towards me so I told my other son to record his behaviour, which at this point the man lost it where he grabbed my sons arm and yanked the phone out of his hand leaving a scratch on him. He gave my phone to the receptionist. All this being witnessed by other patients who then walked out saying they will not be treated by him. I don’t know how he still has a licence to treat. He has no patient care or respect. They will remove my review but I will keep posting. This has affected me for many months now. I have reported him to the GDC.
How Gopinath Thota is employed here is absolutely beyond belief.
He has no common courtesy, no respect for his patients and an iota of decency is well out of the question.
Experience here for recent tooth extraction was atrocious to put it nicely.
He has been SUED by a patient in the past when working in Wolverhampton for his negligence in work - feel free to take a look on Google yourself.
Where he gained his qualifications should be scrutinised, looking at his LinkedIn, there is nothing from a UK institute, which after this experience, is extremely alarming.
If you value your own or your loved ones dental health one bit, avoid this guy as though he is worse than the plague.
This dentist is absolutely appalling, don’t know why it’s called precious dental clinic nothing precious at all! Went in with my daughter, not enough communication, it was soo quick my toilet run lasts longer than that… surprised this clinic hasn’t closed down.. the atmosphere is soo strange didn’t feel professional had the worst experience Eva! Do not go there people!
Gopinath thota is a disgrace… who even qualified him????
I’ve been coming here for several years. Broke my wisdom tooth on Saturday. Called first thing Monday morning. Seen on Tuesday morning and composite filling completed by 10 am on that Tuesday. Very quick and unfussy.
Appalling, the place has been so neglected and the staff do no not care. Has gone so far down hill. Hygiene appointment was the worst experience I've had, she was so unprofessional, rude and incredibly rough with my mouth and gums I was shocked. The dentist check up was less than 2 minutes and I paid £70. They should be ashamed. The rooms were falling apart and unclean, clear signs of damp and staining all over the walls, just overall horrendous.
Fastest check up ever but still needed a filling. The filling didn’t last long then fell off. Not impressed in general so booked an appointment elsewhere.
Horrible the place had mold on the walls and I went for my tooth as my wisdom tooth is pushing in to my tooth and he said they are in bad condition and need pulling but my dentist said they are fine just need my wisdom teeth out and that I have health teeth then he put some filler on my top tooth for some reason but my dentist toke it of as I did not need it I do not recommend this dentist as it is apoling.
