This was EASILY the best experience we had in Italy. If you're going to Positano... you MUST do this.. We truly enjoyed meeting Peter and his wife and having the best food of our life. We loved our experience so much that when our trip to Capri got canceled the next day, we opted to come back and have another dinner with Peter. Not only was the food, wine, and view absolutely amazing, but Peter truly opened our eyes to food alternatives and how to truly invest in food and ultimately in your body. This is hands down a MUST DO experience if you visit. Pretty sure we'll be trying to replicate our seabass we made with Peter quite often.
Highly recommend positano home cooking! We went on our honeymoon and this was a highlight of our trip! Peter was amazing and so was his staff. He tailored the menu to the group based on likes/dislikes and every dish was amazing! We learned a lot and also learned a lot about Italian wines! Peter has an amazing wine cellar that he takes you into to pick the wines. We will definitely go back next time we are in positano!
Positano Home Cooking was our favorite experience on the Amalfi Coast. Peter was a tremendous host and teacher. His team was fantastic and so hospitable. The location in Positano is so dreamy. The meal was literally some of the best food I have ever eaten. Still dreaming about the lasagna. We can’t wait to put on our own dinner party and try out some of the recipes we learned. I highly recommend you add this experience to your visit. You won’t regret it!
Where do I even start? Peter and his staff immediately make you feel apart of the family and at home. The attention to detail on every single ingredient, ensuring everything is sourced organically and with a sustainable approach- beyond exceeded our expectations. Not only are you getting to assist in the preparation, you're enjoying some of the best wines that pair perfectly with each dish. Trust me, you won't be leaving wanting for more. (Hungry or sober)
We would consider ourselves "foodies" and have traveled to some of the best places in the world but, this entire experience supersedes everything we've ever had. Everytime we are back in Positano, we will be going to Peter's and experience an incredible evening. Don't even waste your time or money at the "fancy" Michelin restaurants. I can assure you, you'll never have an experience like this.

All I can say is wow. Our experience at Peter’s home for Positano Home Cooking exceeded any and all expectations. If you are coming to Positano and want an extremely special and memorable experience, you must book this experience. Each and every ingredient used in this meal has a story. Peter only uses sustainably and locally sourced ingredients that are so incredibly fresh. Not only the food but the WINE! You’ll truly get a taste all around Italy and Peter will make sure you have wines that fit your specific taste. Peter was so accommodating and truly made us feel at home. Not to mention this was the best meal we had during our entire trip to Positano. Come hungry and ready to indulge in only the best food and wine that positano has to offer. If we find ourselves back in Positano we will definitely be back for this experience!

We had an incredible experience at Positano Home Cooking! Peter only uses the best of the best ingredients and it's an authentic experience, rather than something gimmicky. My husband and I have been to some of the best restaurants in the world including the French Laundry but our meal at Positano Home Cooking was the best we ever had. We also got to try tons of incredible Italian wine. A MUST do if you visit Positano! 5 star experience!
