I’ve had the worst experiences with the people there!
I’m diabetic and need medical prescriptions and they’re never accept it cos they’re too busy doing other things then checking their email.
I’ve called many times and every time they say sorry but it been happening for years now!
I’ve been struggling getting my medicine and my diabete got worst as my anxiety..
I’m honestly not someone usually writing review cos I dont like it but I’ve tried everything else and it doesn’t work!
people there never do they’re job.. and that’s really sad!
They don’t understand how important he is to be diabetic.
I really need to find a way to have another medical center to take care of me as once again the pharmacy didn’t received my medical prescription and I’m really low with my medicine!
I’m scared and worry but it shouldn’t be the case for a diabetic in 2024!
I have been using this practice for years and never had an issue with staff. This morning receptionist is rude and difficult to get to the the point. Very dismissive and not willing to hear & understand my reasons to come to the practice.
Dr Selvarajah is an outstanding doctor who listens very carefully to her patients. She provides excellent feedback and diagnosis and I leave the surgery with great satisfaction. A doctor I definitely recommend.
I have been a patient at this practice for about 30 years. This should be testament enough to how highly it is regarded. I don't normally leave reviews but felt it was important to do so here.
All staff members conduct themselves with knowledge and professionalism, whilst maintaining a warm, human touch that is very reassuring.
A special mention must go to Dr. Selvarajah who has been so compassionate and patient, as she helps me navigate a particularly challenging period of ill health. I honestly don't know what I would do without this support and expertise.
My understanding is that GP surgeries are increasingly vulnerable places for the staff who work there, so just wanted to express my immeasurable gratitude and communicate how valued they are within the local community. As another poster said, we shouldn't have to do this, but here we are. If any staff members happen to be reading this, please know that your work is so appreciated.
I recently became a patient there, and the service I received was very good and Doctor Helen Neilan was absolutely amazing.
I’ve been a patient at the clinic for over 7 years now and always had a very good experience (my mum, my partner and daughter are patients here as well) - listening to my concerns and checking regularly beyond blood tests. Reception used to be really unpleasant but I think the ladies have changes now, so it’s better but I always enjoyed interacting with doctor Selvarajah, so highly recommend.
Brilliant GP I have used for years, always able to get an on the day appointment. The staff and the team are always very knowledgeable and helpful
This practice used to be great but has gone downhill over the last year… I’ve been struggling to get phone call with GP booked in, the receptionist is unhelpful and has attitude. I’m early pregnant and have some medical issues and despite trying to book an appointment twice in last 2 weeks I still don’t have one. Very dissatisfied, they do not care!
