Very rude people working there. I went to ask for a repeat course of medication that I bought from here last year and was told I needed a prescription. I asked to speak with a prescribing pharmacist, and he spoke with his colleague who loudly told him I must be stupid!
I left and went to Gees on Warwick Way, where the team couldn’t be more helpful and I left with exactly what I needed. Go to Gees over Portman - you’ll be met with friendly people who actually want to help you, rather than treat you with disdain.
Very accommodating when it came to providing my Covid booster. I’m surprised others said they were refused a booster. Lovely pharmacist. Would definitely recommend for vaccines.
Advertised opening time is 9AM, but pharmacist is never in on times. Had to wait 30min today for my prescription, as again their staff didn’t show up on time

The pharmacy refused to provide my Covid 19 booster regardless from my invitation from 119 and two SMS messages and a reference number from 119. Small, completely inappropriate cubicle for vaccination. The actual pharmacist who was supposed to.do.the jab for 1 min. kept me in the small space interrogating me and grabbed my phone. A combination of ignorence and evil character, also using our taxpayer money from NHS, who are getting a full record of the case. I am middle aged, long standing resident in my address and a UK citizen sadly with grades higher understanding of the importance of the C19 vaccination programme than this pharmacy. The pharmacist wore a flimsy mask, nobody else who went before me in the cubicle had one, unlike myself. A real disgrace. NHS should not allow them to provide any services.

absolutely horrible pharmacy, very rude staff. Witnessed eligible person being refused a Covid 19 vaccine, despite the person being eligible. No mask wearing at all, very small rooms for vaccinations, very few Covid 19 precautions at all. Avoid this place at all costs.
