Beautiful Bay with coastal walks either side of the bay along the headland with spectacular views and scenery.
Car park with toilet facilities is a bonus too!
Visited in May 23 and it was fairly quiet, never more than 5 cars seen in the car park.
Small beach, nice sand and pristine. nice during lowtide, there's a small spot where you can walk around some rocky outcrop and find sea critters. Can get crowded during summer. there's a toilet near the parking to wash up.
Porth Swtan / Church Bay is great little beach, ideal for a swim or paddle boarding. Cliffside walk towards which is part of the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path is outstanding with great views of Holyhead.
A5025 This place is magical. There is no other word for it. Make sure you check the tides before you go. As it is cut off at high tide. The is a ramp going down so great for everyone to access. It is also on the National Trust Coastal Path. A pay and display car park nearby. A wonderful place for children to explore all the rockpools and caves. You can make rock statues. The sunset here is just amazing. There is a little tea rooms that opens Thurs to Sunday. Also the Lobster Pot Pub. A gem of a place and once you have visited you will keep going back.
A quaint little bay, perfect for exploring rock pools and walking the dog (restrictions apply, check with local guidelines). Beautiful even out of season.
No two ways about it this is a special place to dine, the food, views, service and value where all just perfect on our visit even the sun came out on a gloomy saturday on our visit. Posibly the best lobster dinner i;ve ever had and I have had a few over the years.
My Tip would be order that Lobster, it's much more flavoursim has a hint of sweetness and meatier than other varients especially from the mediterranean countries where im often disapointed with lobster.
Well done all the staff and management on what you are doing at the Lobster Pot we will return if we can get a table.
Nice, enjoyable and relaxing place. Good for swimming and other activities. We spent lovely time there with friends having a BBQ.
A beautiful beach with a car parking and a cafe available. Well worth a visit all year round.
