Busy Super Value Shop and vehicle fuel forecourt. Butchers, Post Office, Alcohol Off Licence and most daily household needs displayed in well stocked aisles. Firelogs, sticks and an ATM outside the premises. Perhaps if the parking slot lines where given a fresh coat of paint it would make for an easier shopping experience!
Great range of shopping items. Good selection of fresh produce. The butchery is particularly good, with a friendly and helpful butcher on site. Selection of bakery items also impressive. Gets very busy with school kids just before 9, at lunchtime and after 3.30pm. They're usually well behaved, there's just a lot of them!
Post office inside which has good opening hours and various services available. Handy for return packages!
Fuel prices are ok here. Not the cheapest, but also not usually the most expensive.
Carpark is a bit cramped and sometimes difficult to get in and out of if it's during a busy time.
Friendly staff and plenty of tills.
Great selection the girl on the deli was lovely so friendly and helpful made an amazing sandwich for us she is a Credit to this store she only works 2 days a week there but the store manager should really promote her so she is there full time definitely manager material
Food was nice, but definitely needed more friendly staff at checkouts.
Tried to get fuel using my USA issued credit card and was told by the young lady at the counter you only accept cash or Apple pay.

Seems inconvenient for customers and a potential loss of revenue for the store.
Been in a couple of times. Very expensive. Last night I really needed to use toilet before I shopped. Asked young guy at front of shop and he said no customer toilets. Down at back of shop I gave off to a more senior looking worker and he said there were toilets but not working. I asked to show me the sausage rolls as they were now moved. He showed me some but I could not see the type I got before called Fresh dish. I looked around and found them in a chiller beside the guy who told me there were no more but might be in on Monday. This was a Friday. Totally hopeless customer service and experience. And expensive. How a biggish supermarket in this day and age has no toilets I don't believe. And I am disabled.
Fuel and a weekly shop and post office all in one, a tiny bit more expensive than a big supermarket but you can't have this sort of shop on your doorstep and not expect that, great fresh meat, veg, bread everyday, plus a delicatessen and hot food counter. Do some fantastic offers as well and staff are really friendly and helpful.
Got a nice gammon joint worth the money.
