Very busy for Covid vacs. Nice waiting area well organising even though running a little late. The pharmacist who administered the vaccination was very friendly and made you feel at ease. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy, worth waiting for a few minutes and receiving all this free on the NHS. 10/10
I'm updating my review to a five star if I could give hight I would.
Tony has just been to my home to give me my COVID jab as I'm housebound having been in hospital, this was very kind of him and a service I never knew was provided.

Great easy to get to my lo al it's quite close that a just walk there and back as a pick up my prescription every Friday takes 15 min thete 5mins back so pretty handy and close guys plus it has alot to offer because it's not a boots it's called Ponteland Road so it's quite big inside so offers a lot so if you get a chance to take a perdition then if yiu can go here yiu will probably end up staying guys as it has all our needs and alotvmore okay hope a explained it enough for all of yius out there takrcare William
Absolutely brilliant pharmacy. Nothing is ever a bother to them. Ran out of meds here have an emergency supply until you get them. Need medical advice pharmacist always ready to help you. Today I went in to collect scripts of chance asked if any flu jabs available got told to sit and not be long. Was a slight wait but I always believe that's because Tony takes his time and wants to be able togive you the correct vaccination. Would 100%recommend the pharmacy to anyone.
Thank you for a very efficient and friendly Covid vaccination experience. The practitioner was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We had expected to wait a while as it was a walk-in session but we were seen within 10minutes.
pharmacy has been specificaly told by mental health and clinic doctor DO NOT GIVE MY PARTNER MY CODIEN as she has a problem with taking over doses and this pharmacy said "tgey wony give her meds " but yet they have and now she is in hospital on drips THANK YOU FOR THAT !!!!!
I have had to edit my review due to not having my medication delivered, apparently it was prepared for delivery the day it came in on Thursday 29th June 2023. Spoke to someone on the phone that put the phone down the first time and I was still talking, she said I am looking into this and to hold, the second time I called back straight away spoke to someone else and all I could hear is the delivery driver say in the background that they are not delivering the medicine to me and they have not been to my address for ages. It was only a month a go I wrote a great review and editing it today as I was asked can I wait until Monday coming and that is not guaranteed either, so that will be 5 days without medication. Plus on the second call the lady that put the phone down the first time, came on the phone and said ok we will get that to you today which was yesterday Friday 30th June I was still talking and she put the phone down again and no one turned up. I was not surprised as I overheard the conversation and thought they are palming me off. My condition cannot wait, I am up because I cannot sleep at 05:20 with pain and cannot sleep and need my meds to sleep. I will be raising a complaint about this and will be calling later today to find out what happened as I expected anyway! Regardless of when someone last delivered to a patient/customer it is not your decision. You have to still conduct yourselves professionally. Disgusting behaviour!
