Couldn't fault the pharmacist (Mark) who was extremely kind, helpful and went out of his way to help where other local pharmacies didn't. The staff were cheerful,kind and helpful. Definitely will be back.
I have used Pondas on Cheviot Square for a very long time. The staff are lovely and the pharmacist (Mark) all go above and beyond to make sure my daughters meds are there every week. If there's a problem they phone to let me know and they send it on the van, as I am limited to what time I can collect it. So keep up the good work you are doing.
Once again (since the arrival of Mark pharmacist) it has been a pleasure to use ponda`s chemist cheviot square, the rest of the staff have always been fantastic and they always go out of there way to make me feel valued as a customer.

Awful service stopped my Meds going there they don't answer the phone even when 6 staff was on and slow
Vaccination today, hygiene a little concerning. Staff did not wear gloves or sanitise whilst handling needles, no sanitising of my skin before inhection. Maybe less strict guidelines since I had my last vacc elsewhere?
I have to give top marks as I forgot to order my repeat prescription and only remembered when I ran out of BP and other meds. Sent the prescription over to Swanlow medical Centre on Saturday and it was sent to Pondas Monday lunch time and delivered to me early afternoon. After speaking to Alison at Pondas she said she would call me either to say it would be delivered or that I would have to try & collect. She kept me informed and I am so grateful to have had such brilliant service. I now have reminders so that I don’t do this again
The attitude of a female member of staff in this pharmacy is disgusting.
I waited patiently while she served a customer at the counter and when the customer left she ignored me and walked off.
I said excuse me to which she said I have something to finish.
Yes try serving your customers!
All I wanted was to asked if they had hand sanitizer.
How rude. I'd swerve this pharmacy.
