This place Owner polish Martin very rude ,lier and arrogant.
I have been place and booked at 11 when I went there there was no receptionist no body talked to me I had waited for 30 minutes for no reason.
MARTIN would be a good engineer but he is a shot man!
Place workers and owner look like an animal , cave men.
I used the mechanical service of this company. From what I noticed, they are busy all the time, every customer has something to do right away! He wants to be served immediately!
Because of this, I was forced to wait, and my time was prolonged. I went to several workshops in Nottingham, and they couldn't deal with the fault in my car.
In this workshop it took five seconds, and the fault was removed, everything works. It's worth the wait, I recommend it.
Absolutely disgusting experience. Given my car for repair to Martin and he went to holiday. The repair work was carried out partially by his assistant who is not experienced. Later on, upon booking
appointment I left the car and he reassured me he will fix the car but he didn't touch it.
From my experiences he gives preference to Polish people. Whenever Polish people visit him he prioritises their work whereas people from the other communities wait there for hours to get his attention. Utterly unethical. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
I had a disappointing experience at this car garage. Scheduling appointments with him was frustrating due to his rudeness and lack of responsiveness. When I went to collect my car, I was made to wait for hours, and he didn't even answer my questions, leaving me uncertain if they had serviced my car properly.
To make matters worse, the next day, my car broke down because the battery was not screwed in properly, and they had snapped one of the bolts. This is unacceptable and indicates a lack of attention to detail.
Overall, this garage is not worth the money, and their lack of punctuality and poor service quality make it an unfortunate choice for car maintenance.
DO NOT COME HERE. Absolute trash of a garage, gave me 3 different appointment times, each time saying to come back the next day, had me waiting for an hour before telling me to wait more. Decided to leave my car with them, said they’d call me the next day, they didn’t. Went to get my keys and he didn’t even know which car was mine and he hadn’t worked on it at all. Complete scam and waste of time.
Great quality work done, fixed my van with electrical faults which many garages failed and were not able to identify the issues where I ended up paying lots of money. These guys have awesome technical knowledge and fixed at very reasonable cost as well. Definitely recommend.

after waiting someone new customer just walking in and he going to look at hes vehicle.. i was gong there an told him whats happen... we have appointment at 11am and the time now is 11:50 and just waiting.. is it very cold
he said i cant check just only after hes finish..
i told him why you ask me to bring the vehicle at 11am if you dont want to check ?
and he just dont car about customer...

but in here this garage customer can f..off...
avoid this place stupid people working there
You will fedup waiting and the staff doesn't even care to attend you or even to ask you to wait. They are too busy even for that.
