An Tesco's lorry driver came into my lane on A34 going towards Oxford on the 14 September. The driver was in shock but was good. He informed whoever he needed to and gave me all the information. Initially, I decided not to go through the Tesco's accident fleet company, sopp & sopp. When I did I was told my car will be fixed. Couple days later, I received a phone called and was told my car is a right off and Tesco's are not willing to repair my car. They gave me 2 options, pay me for my car and they will write it off or give me the money to repair it. I complained to sopp & sopp that I was never told the procedure. All I was told my car will be repaired. I told them they need to repair, but Tesco's would not agree and I had to accept the pay out and they agreed to delivery my car back to my home town so my mechanic could repair it. but they will give me the money to sort this out. It is going to 4 weeks next week and my car has still not been delivered back to my home town to get it repaired. They did give me a hire car , but agreeing I will sort out the repairs, I do not have it. I have been with out a car for over 2 weeks and without my car for almost 4 weeks. Tesco's lawyer's Plexus are now ignoring my calls. I have no idea where my car is. I have suffered the trauma from the accident and now am so worried because I do not know where my car is and if I will ever get it back. Please can I have answers!!!!
Rubbish Mears contractors damaged my roof only them been on roof next door with council cos I’ve got no proof of them doing it Carnt claim more are less saying I should have cameras on my roof then saying ware & tare roof was only done 2 yrs ago so only other person might have been on roof is Santa clause don’t like paying out for the damage and wouldn’t come out to look as private house not council
Horrible place to work. Remember my words, if you are going to work there, you will surely regret it. The head of finance was yelling at me in the toilet when he found out I had decided to leave.
Surprising, they take on anybody and pay them hefty wages with no pi experience. Big concerns for staff with knowledge who get poor pay
Shocking service ,a joke of a company ,complaint letter on its way with an invoice for all the inconvenience caused .xx -zero stars!!
