After my car was damaged on a car park I was able to choose my own repair centre through my insurance.
I’d heard about pleck auto body repairs through a friend.
They were excellent from the off , constantly in touch with me - even sent me photos of the progress.
The vehicle was repaired to an extremely high standard and was cleaned inside and out. They also collected and delivered the vehicle back to me.
Can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone. ????

Don't brother , customer care none went for a quote on my car guy had a look said need new bumper give your details and give u call , well that never happened so I'd called them after 3 days nice helpful lady answered said he gone out on test run ,give me your details and I'll get him to call you guess what still waiting so if this how u treat customer just think what the work would be like no customer care at all stay away

Can't recommend these guys highly enough
I needed a rear bumper fitting and respraying. After phoning around several shops that had been recommended to me, the quotes were all over the place and I was given all sorts of advice, about the paint not matching the rest of the car, needing a full respray etc.
Phoned Pleck Auto and the guy I dealt with Chris, he was really professional, asked me to find the VIN number on my car so I could match up the paint, gave me a really good quote (cheapest I'd been given so far)
Within a day of dropping it off, they'd sorted it out and it was ready to collect.
Chuffed to bits with how it's turned out, Chris even said that during the spraying he wasn't happy with how the colour turned out so he got his team to redo it, which shows you the level of customer service these guys go to.
Highly recommended and will be telling my friends and family to use these guys in the future!

My insurance company sent my car to this garage. I am still awaiting repairs but any contact that I have had with this company so far has been brilliant. The lady taking the calls is always polite and helpful. The two gentlemen that collected my car were very professional, helpful and polite. They also put me at ease.
