Been a regular since they opened. Food has been absolutely spot on every time (and that's a lot of times).
So tasty.
Worth a special mention are the staff, even when it's busy and they are working there butts off they always give great friendly service.
Poor service and unable to take the chips out of the chicken nugget rap and put on the side,
Dirty shop floor and very unmotivated staff.
Was really looking forward to this place but won’t be back till you change the staff.
Good parking and easy access to the shop.
Long hours so availability is there.
Please pay the next staff more they might then care.
Expensive prices
I've been here a couple of times with no issues but walked in tonight around 10 minutes before closing time to be told that " we can't do that because we close in 10 minutes." Not my problem; as a paying customer entering the shop before it's due to close means I should get what I'd like surely. Would you turn 15 paying customers away if they all asked for the same thing 10 minutes before you close? Your staff couldn't seem to grasp this!

Was very busy the first week so couldn’t really get an order but when make an order it was still very busy so when we got our food it wasn’t correct but the staff offered us a full replacement and the shop owner contacted me to ensure we were fully satisfied with the service we had received this isn’t something I have had before. Pizza & spice put customer service as a high priority and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommended

Phone to place a order can't swap toppings on pizza which all I ask was to swap ham for pepperoni never mind is what it is the lass on the phone sound like she didn't want to work the boredom in her voice after a big order apparently the don't deliver to Cramlington so guess it's blyth pretty much for delivery the are plenty of place that deliver to Cramlington from blyth it not that far so don't waste you time on these
Very nice food and delivery is always on time highly recommended!
