Why when delivery do you think it’s great to serve to cold food on top of hot fo. The salad was great, but the kebab was absolutely disgusting

The chicken fillet kebab is so juicy that it makes the pita it lays on gets so lovely and soggy, chips are consistently crispy and the lamb doner is so tender but cooked perfectly, not grey and floppy, crispy and juicy
