Pizza came with three splinters of wood, cooked into the toppings. When we went to complain in person, they said "there's no way" it could have been in the pizza. A real shame that they were more keen on denying the problem, than looking into how the splinters got into the food in the first place.
Worst takeaway I have ever had. The garlic sauce has no smell or taste to it. They call it cheesy chips when there is no cheese on the top just at the bottom which tastes like plastic. Feel generous giving it a 1 star.
So this takeaway is usually spot on, and one of my favourites! But this time was soooo disappointing, boyfriend ordered a shish and kofte kebab, the delivery driver turned up as the takeaway was due, and told us they had ran out of kofte, and if we’d like extra shish instead, so we said that was fine, and they said it’d be another 15 mins from then(even though it was already due). Then 35 minutes after it was due they turned up, my cheesy garlic bread was cold, the cheesy chips were coldish, and to top it all off, the shish kebab was TINY!! No extra shish what so ever, and if there was extra shish I’m surprised because their original portion must be ridiculous! He paid £7.50 for next to nothing, and was still hungry after. Paid £18 in total for cold food and the tiniest kebab, and waited ages for it! Disappointed because I usually love this place!
I have ordered a chicken shish kebab. And they tried to give just normal chicken kebab and pretend that this is the our shish kebab. I worked my self In take away and know what shish kebab look like. And taste Like. Bunch of greedy losers. And when I asked is it halal. They said yes but on menu Does not say this. And when i asked why it does say on menu. They say this is English people menu and it's racist to write halal on menu. Worst customer service ever I received from any takeaway. ????????????????
Best chicken shish kebab around, take your own knife and fork or eat with your hands if you're eating in the car as it's a big boys portion and manly chicken pieces, the plastic fork they provide which would be fine for any other takeaway surrenders in defeat! Love it.
Update 14/02/18 I've had two more shish kebabs since the initial review, excellent quality service and standard of food, when you get chicken and lamb shish the portion is smaller, but it's still value.
Four times I remember going, three different ways of cooking the same style of shish in front of us, best is the proper got coals on a skewer, the flavour is intense but it takes 20 minutes, totally worth it!
Actually ate in once (like a student), staff were great, me mate got a lamb Donner, I asked for a taste of the chicken Donner meat, obliged for free and it was tasty.
Pitta is well made and if you open it and fit your meat it's perfect, PKH salad is the absolute best on the top of said meat and bread. Freaking perfection!
Asked for a plain burger as I have always done for two years now. When I got home with it they had put cheese on it which I'm not allowed to eat. Rung them up and was told that it was my fault and that they had always put cheese on mine!!!!! Said I'd have to go back out in the rain to collect a new one even though they offer delivery service. Despicable and disgusting way to treat a customer of over two years!!!!!

The meat was dry, too much greasy. The sauce was bland in taste. I didn't like it much but maybe it's just me as my friend enjoyed the same food
