I really hoped that Pizza Hut in this area would have a great flavor and taste like in other areas... I leave you with several comments and I hope it helps you: the pizzas were greasy and oily and cold. I expected a service of 5 stars such as, for example, Pizza Hut in Kingsbury... Perhaps you can take notice and improve your service... As for the delivery, it was fast and the dispatcher arrived on time!!! Thank you anyway!!!!
I don't know if this is now accustomed to other pizza hut places but they now reheat almost every pizza. 80% of the pizza i've gotten from this place feels as if its microwaved judging from how disgustingly stale it is. I mean i would literally flip it around and none of the toppings even come off, the cheese isn't even melted as a matter of fact, crustfellas literally taste better.
I did notice that the pizza is much less fresh in the afternoon (After 3-5pm) and its abysmal. I also noticed its for much more common toppings like pepperoni for instance.
I remember this place having really good, hot and fresh pizza that was also very local, now it just tastes insanely processed, microwaved and stiff.
Surely this isn't even allowed...not surprised why their prices are so cheap now compared to other pizza places
I have always ordered online and received from Thamesmead. Today was the 1st time I had a problem. Something on my non spicy pizza was very spicy. I called up and explained and they sent me out a fresh non spicy ( my choice of toppings) and an extra garlic sauce. So I was alot happier. Later we discovered there was a couple of stray chillie pieces on my original one. Mistakes happen and I was delt with very quickly. Thank you Thamesmead ????
I've had ok pizzas from here in the past, but what I received today was so disgusting, I won't order from here again.
The pizza looked and tasted like it was prepared 2 days ago, then microwave re-heated before delivering to me, the base, the cheese, the tomato & topping was all dry and stale, it didn't even appear to have all the toppings I selected. It turns my stomach to think I've eaten from these guys, because this can only happen if you have No standards at all, just awful.
Awful service! Second time order has been late. Delivery driver was bad nearly left before we got to the door chucked order on floor and took out boxes which were all soggy. Pizza was soggy dough was chewy hardly any ingredients. Inedible food! Will be emailing headoffice. Awful service stay away from them. Save your money and do not let them ruin your evening.
The garlic tear & share was one side tiny cheesy strips and the other giant doughy blocks.
Pizzas Luke warm, charred toppings, dried out sauce, no garlic crust dust.
Missed the dipping sauce too.
Sadly the only consistency was how inconsistent it is each time we order. But not gonna order any more.
The Manger at Thamesmead has no customer service and very rude .
I ordered three pizzas and two had very long white strands of longs hairs in them . I couldn’t get through that evening, so I rang as soon as they opened , and then told the Manager said ring after 5pm . Messed about so much from a useless Manager to say I should of brought the pizzas back the same night bearing in mind the pizzas came at 8.45 and nobody would answer the phones , and I don’t have a car . They take no responsibility for anything and the hygiene is so poor , no help whatsoever just going round in circles, now taking it to head office as I have the pizzas and hairs . Will never ever used Pizza Hut again .
If it is possible to give a zero star I would!!! Ordered pizza firstly too almost 2hrs to deliver!! Upon arrival was asked to come down to collect, I explained I’m home with 2 young children and unable to do that the driver refused to deliver the pizza even though it was a home delivery service… Driver stated he could park his as he could get a ticket but would send the delivery with a scooter!!!! Guess what?!?! didn’t happen!
Called the store to enquire about my pizza’s whereabouts to be informed it was refused?? So I asked explained the situation and the best response I got from the manager is it Depends for home delivery!!! So when I asked why advertise home delivery, I got told it’s impossible to add that to their website!! Well go figure!! Oh and a refund you’ll have go through customer service which is another waste of time so by all means order from that at your own risk and it DEPENDS if they fancy delivering or refunding you!!!
