Will never being ordering from here again, the last few times hardly no cheese on the pizzas. When I called to say this has been happening a lot lot lately I got spoke to so rudely by the man and absolute disgrace. Avoid!!!!!!
Awfull service , half cooked pizza over an hour wait
I've used this branch quite a few times for collection. I usually order on the app while I'm in Lidl (a short distance away) then walk down from the Lidl car park to collect the pizza after doing my shopping. The pizza is always absolutely delicious - in my opinion it's by far the nicest take away pizza in the town. My orders have always been accurate and ready on time. A very happy customer.
Been waiting over an hour and a half and still no pizza, app says delivered, phoned and they couldn’t care less! Come on Pizza Hut is this how you treat your customers.
Awesome experience. I am quite worried why they have 1 star reviews here. ???? its my 4th time ordering with them and they are spot on and perfectly accurate with taste speed and behaviour. I always love to go and talk with store manager. That guy is purely genius and full of knowledge. ????????????
Ordered at 5:19pm Waited 2 hours 17 minutes for the delivery which came at 7:36pm, completely the wrong order. Had to send it back. Just Eat wouldn't let me cancel, Pizza Hut wouldn't answer the phone. We had three hungry children waiting for their dinner. Complete joke. I will get my credit card to cancel the the transaction.
For God's sake sort out those electric moped delivery riders...one is going to get killed or kill someone else ...Saturday 6/jan/2024 20:45 rider pulled away from shop without looking and then turned into dover Street through a 'No Entry ' sign..its not very good publicity for your brand
Very clean tasty food good customer service especially the shop manager Raad gul very good and very polite with customer keep it up I recommend 5 star
