Very bad. Poor leval of customer service.
Charge 20£ for medium pizza. Where there is offer of 10£ for any size of any pizza. When asked why you not mention about offer, person said they not been allowed by owner to promote offer so they make more money. Ridiculous greedy people. To earn 10£ extra more money they lost person for forever. Never will go there again.
Ordered pizzas and a tear and share topper last week, and it really has improved under what I think may be new management following an extended closure? The tear and share topper was STUFFED to the brim with cheese (before we sometimes found it a little lacking), was delicious! Arrived on time and hot, so what more could you ask for.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE 09/07/22 AT AROUND MIDNIGHT ORDERED A VEGGIE PIZZA GOT SOMETHING ELSE PHONED UP SPOKE TO THE MANAGER HE WAS VERY RUDE UNHELPFUL AND SAID DEAL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE HE DOES NOT WANT TO KNOW I WENT AND DROPPED IT ON THE DOOR STEP OUTSIDE THE SHOP AS HE WAS REFUSING TO LET ME IN SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR MANAGER WAS SCREAMING ALL SORTS I DIDN'T TAKE NOTICE AS HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS STRANGE IT'S A PIZZA YOU GOT IT WRONG NOT END OF THE WORLD IT COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN CHANGED BUT OH NO NOT HIM OH WELL IM SURE HE TOOK IT HOME TO EAT BY THE SIZE OF HIM THINK HE EATS ALL THE STOCK:-) MANAGERS NAME IS JASON INCASE ANYONE HAS A SIMILAR ACCOUNTER
Absolutely shocking service we are vegetarians and they sent us a pepperoni pizza and because we ordered online they blamed us and said we clicked on the wrong item well if there system is faulty hows that the customers fault we actually got told it was our problem and that they couldn't send us out a vegetarian pizza so we stayed hungry my son was starving weve had Covid-19 and thought wed order something as running low on foods but this was the worst experience ive ever had with a take away especially a big company like pizza ???? hut ???? after we was so hungry we had to get somewhere to go out of there way from the other side of Crawley and instead took our business to domino's very upset and let down dominos offered us a free pizza but we couldnt take it ! PIZZA HUT SORT IT OUT
Yet again im extremely un impressed sent us a meat pizza ???? garlic breads where cold and the reason why we are so annoyed is because we are vegetarians but worst bit they said they cant do anything and that we have to contact customer services to then be told we have to wait 3 days just see whats going to happen !!!! I THINK WELL USE DOMINOS OR PIZZA TIME

Today we asked by phone with my friends for delivery and the woman who answered the phone is very haughty, we asked for the offer options and told us that Only to order online or go to collect at the store applies. So we requested an option, but then we wanted to change for a better option and we raised our voice and did not want to help us or so it seemed, also heard on the phone as she was arguing loudly with another client or partner, but it is very bad customer service is very disappointing. Also yesterday my husband went to buy at the store in Three Bridges they asked for one thing and the woman who attended them gave them something totally different. It amazes me how people like her are working in customer service. Until I finished the call as it gave me a lot of annoyance as she started to argue with us
Placed an order through deliveroo and for whatever reason they couldn't deliver. Tried it again and the staff at pizza hut couldn't be bothered to make the order for the driver. The driver turned up without the order and explained that pizza hut didn't give him an order to deliver....
The manager at pizza hut said he gave it to the driver.... Then, customer service at deliveroo said they spoke to the manager at pizza hut and he said they didn't make the order...
Pizza hut.... You should sack the manager because he's probably too busy eating our order and scratching his nuts.
