lovely atmosphere and service. excellent coffee - bought some beans to go too.
Decent place. Comfy and spacious. Sometimes busy sometimes quiet. Sometimes kids and dogs, sometimes none. Small menu, traditional toasties, sandwiches and cakes. Gluten free options for bread and cakes. Nice soup. No decaf coffee at the time i went.
Really good to see a new, family run business thriving and with ideas to expand...
Excellent soup, coffee and cakes, next time we visit we need to make time for the other food choices.
We liked the mix of seating: chairs and tables also arm chairs and sofas, upstairs too.
Casual atmosphere and a great place to relax.
Lots of good ideas here, from the origanal local art for sale, book sales and a book exchange (bring one take one away) to the family friendly area for little ones to play.
A good place to go and hang out, especially if the weather isn't so kind.
Superb americano ! Strong and tasty, enough to blow away anything resembling cobwebs ! Smashing bacon and egg roll too. Never rushed, never feel like you have to vacate your table straight after finishing. Prices very reasonable too.
Popped in for a coffee and brownie ????. Friendly and helpful staff, absolutely great and homely atmosphere. Great selection of art and books for sale too. Highly recommend if you're planning to stop by in Tain! ????
Popped in after finding parking outside was available. Had super tasty coffees and cakes.
Lovely facilities and many local crafts and art for sale.
A visit and a coffee highly recommended
We will be back on our next Tain visit.
First time I had been to Pipers! Excellent sandwiches and nachos and side salad - very fresh. Even had a gluten free toastie for the wee man. We enjoyed the space upstairs and the kids were entertained with the books and crafts. ????
On a dreich day it handy to have a cafe at the bus stop to get out of the rain in Tain and warmed up with a cup of coffee before taking to bus home.
Plenty going on upstairs by the sound of things, but this didn't detract from service to customers downstairs.
Clean and pleasantly presented, with friendly staff.
