Is it murder or manslaughter to provide such a poor or lack of service. Had held off originally has just wanted to move on, but until something is done about this unmanaged hole then many others are suffering. My family with a lifetime of experience working for the NHS wanted to sue has they knew we had a case.
My 88 year old relative was treated or not treated as be the case by incompetent people. The receptionists fail to understand what is required and lack any kind of care, more suited to night club doorman(sorry to the doorman out there) Every time he was needed treatment he was fobbed off, until I took him down there and refused to move. Due to being dealt with by several different doctors there was no consistency and steps were repeated.
Today I needed an appointment and was told march is the next time and was pushed towards the walk in centre. Why???? I asked for a phone appointment and was pushed to the local chemist. Turned up there for him to recommend the antibiotics I need and to be told a doctor will call me. Why such a long winded procedure and what if I'm unable to make it to the chemist??
I have no doubt people are suffering due to a lack of care from this surgery, I also know from experience that elderly people are giving up and not bothering reporting when they are ill knowing they will get turned away.
Shocking service, I just say I can only thank the nurses that dealt with my relative as amazing. I hope this gets fed back to them but I doubt that anyone senior even bothers to read the feedback.
The receptionist are vile really rude and have no manners or respect.
they don't care how they talk and treat people with disabilities and mental health problems they clearly have no training for and threaten to have me removed for asking for help.
They let the surgery down and their patients down who keeps letting them think they own the hole surgery or they think that they are doctors and try to diagnose you when they are not Doctors
I been here for years never had one issue or problem in dealing with resciptioniest in past but I am thinking of making a complaint now and leaving soon
They never got any appointments but the surgery is always empty and they don't answer your calls but they sit their chatting like they have all day when you go in because they won't answer your call.
I went into the doctors to get appointment eathier for on phone or face to face to didn't mind if was a doctor or nurse to talk bout my medications .
I had no sleep the night beforehand I was really tired and irratated that I had to go to the surgery because
I been really ill with having sezuires because I'm epilepic have been for years!
I have been put on some new medications and new dosage changes. I Was Weaned of an old epilpsy medication and was put on another medication for anxiety aswell
I was having More sezuires around this time that's why I had a medication changes in first place
But trying to explain the hole situation to the rude resciptioniest/staff
it lead me to having a sezuire and a panic attack
They wasn't interested that I was suffering and in need of help.
They had police remove me.
Few days after going into the doctors I had a letter from the GP surgery saying If I kicked off again shouting or being abusive to staff then I be kicked off the doctors list ..
They wouldn't help me sort out the problem I had with my medications to begin with and they still wouldn't give me an appointment..
it wasn't helpful to me at all even asking for help. because I had a panic attack and a sezuire so I stuffered more
I was also in middle of a depressive episode and I was relapse-ing having had to go into a mental health restbite/safe space
And now I am having side affects off medications and all the stress and pressure I already been under could of been prevented if today resciptioniest don't think they are doctors when they are not trained enough to deal with a patients mental health history or health conditions background.
I wouldn't even recommend this doctors to anyone anymore.
Worse doctor surgery ever
Terrible experience here. Had an appointment booked via Bloxwich Lower Farm for our newly registered Newborn baby girl. Arrived to Pinfold on time for the receptionist to tell us that our appointment was cancelled, without anyone letting us know - reason being that she isn’t registered. We told her that she is registered and it was done the day prior, although I have been told that you can see a baby under the mothers name either way - checked on the NHS website and this is correct. She still insisted that’s not the case - my midwife AND health visitors also told me this. So we’ve done what we were meant to do and still got jilted by Pinfold. SO THANK YOU FOR NOTHING.
No chairs with armrests!!!! I am disabled and cannot sit down/get up without armrests or support. I stood up for almost 45 minutes before I was seen. The receptionist wasn’t any help and could have offered me a office chair but didn’t! Not good! Sort it out!
The people I have seen are amazing though!
Doctors are amazing at field road surgery I can't fault them enough but one receptionist is the most arrogant, ignorant, unhelpful person I have ever met. Her people skills are just non existent not the sort of person you want interacting with patients. She goes out of her way to be unhelpful and rude. Formal complaint raised to NHS. My review is based on my wife, daughter and my own personal experiences over many months and now is the time to share
Went to doctors after getting the run around going to chemist. Took sample of my pee to see if I’ve got water infection told them I’m in agony with pains going round the back. Just called them to see if I need antibiotics they’re only blinking shut for the day now. Useless
I've never had any complaints, perhaps I was just lucky but nurses are great not seen a doctor for sometime.
Excellent visit. I was interviewed by a most charming physiotherapist. Very thorough and informative. Good advice re use of a stick and correct measurement. Offered choice of what to do next. First class in all respects.
