Simple food but really well done. A great place for breakfast or lunch when you are on the go. Clean, straightforward and cash only. No fancy stuff but I had the ploughman's and the portion was fantastic and the hand carved ham was lovely. The fruit scone was juicy and served with real butter and warmed through..absolutely delightful. Quick service and very nice, I recommend this place.

First of all..walking in to the cafe.. it has a certain smell to the place..and the smell has nothing to do with food..it smells damp.. we only came here because our normal cafe was closed..I myself used to be a chef..so I know how to cook.. the breakfast here is absolutely disgusting..I ordered the big breakfast...I was watching the lady warm amost of the food up in the microwave..the bacon is already pre cooked aswell are the sausages and beans and tomatoes..the only thing they used a pan for...was my fried egg... this place is on my list as one of the worst cafes ever ..all I could hear was dinging of the microwave..even the cheap cheap bread that was toasted was disgusting with the cheap margarine
Lively little cafe with plenty to choose from... just remember to take cash as they do not except card! Had an amazing cheese and onion toasty!
I recommend. Very friendly service, everything was quick and efficient. The downside is that you cannot pay by card.
It's just nice to come in hereout of the cold for a coffee and a bite to eat and cheaper than other places
Love it, food is cooked fresh , they do the best homemade lattes ,not from a machine.
Always have a chat with staff a lovely atmosphere.
