The best I've ever had
We visited Pickled Weasel Bakehouse and Takeaway on 18 April '24
There was so much to choose from but eventually we ordered - 1 Chicken, Bacon, Leek, Cheese in a white wine sauce and 1 Sausage, Bacon, Beans & Cheese slice.
Originally we were going to have them as takeaway but decided to eat in.
Unfortunately I didn't ask the name of the lady who served us but I will say she was lovely, happy, friendly and told us that the slices were made on the premises as was most of their food.
The prices charged were very reasonable & I would recommend everyone to visit her at the Pickled Weasel Bakehouse and Takeaway in Milford on Sea
Wonderful little takeaway with an innovative range of savoury pastries, sausage rolls and pasties including vegetarian options. Fabulously tasty ready to eat cauliflower cheese pots and lovely cakes. Very nice flat white coffee too. What a find!
Best Chorizo sausage roll ever....packed with meats and wrapped in a light pastry and the owner gave me a discount.
Lovely lady, proper coffee, not just hot milk like your served most commonly.
My wife goes here regular I'm told, can understand why now.
Superb choice of food, that is very different from that offered by most bakeries. I had a very eye catching and equally delicious quiche and my husband had a chicken tikka pastry. Our cake choices were divine. One of us had Chocolate orange and the other, the Dorset apple. Yum ????
Pork and Mango Sausage roll, don't mind if I do.
We've bought cakes here on a couple of occasions during our stay in Milford. Lovely selection of cakes and they were absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend the Sticky Orange Cake and Dorset Apple Cake. However, you won't go wrong whatever you choose.
The food is amazing. Had lunch here with the family, four ciabatta topped with goats cheese and onions, chilly ginger and blue cheese from the isle white but that wasn’t the best thing. The gorgeous coffee was up there in the top 10 coffees I’ve ever had … a must visit
Sunny Sunday afternoon and we found Milford and `The Pickled Weasel´ the food looked really appetising we purchased a home made sausage roll, Brie and cranberry pizza slice, and two cherry buns all delicious, served by a charming lady, highly recommend by us, will be back.
