Really Really slow service
I ordered on the Just Eat app 30 mins in advance. Went round when it was supposed to be ready.
They were still preparing it, it was still raw at this point..... 30 minutes to be ready, yeah right, try close to an hour if you're lucky. It took 45 minutes for a 12 inch margarita pizza on a quiet night on the weekend.
The main issue when ordering from a pizza place with only 2 cooking trays is that it takes 2 or 3 times longer when ordering a pizza
Everything was off, the grill was off, no fries cooking, no kebab available
Would not recommend a place like this
Would not have again. Pizza dough tasted sweet as if way too much sugar used and not enough sauce. Chips and chicken fillets were the saddest id ever seen. Carbonara had bacon bits with bone in it. Not worth the money. Sauce is water based. Service was good.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! My order arrived almost 2 hours later than expected and i received some disgusting raw soggy chicken wings, a few scraps of “meat”?? With a stale piece of bread on top and even the chips were disgusting and still half frozen. When I contacted the owner for a refund on these items they told me “you’ll get free chicken wings next time” and did not want to refund me after I had sent proof of my claims. I had to start a dispute with the bank to get my money back.
Below average pizza, flavourless but edible. Service was very slow even though there wasn't any other customers, about an hour for 3 pizzas. To be fair, they did mess up one pizza when removing from the oven and had to remake it.
Steamy and heavy air inside the waiting area, probably since the stove ventilation was off.
Food tasted great,
I ordered the sirloin steak. My partner had a pizza both enjoyed our meal.
Food was superb, didn't wait long for it either! Staff were friendly and meal was good value for money! I'll be back again next week for my takeaway fix! Thanks guys ????
Calzone tasteless and old veg. Asked for chips and curry sauce, it came with added cheese? Delivery time was 5.50 to 6.10. Arrived 7.15. Tiny bag of salad all old and dried, lemon looked older than my gran. Noodles so greasy. Ask for photos!
I am just adding that after most negative reviews, 5 star reviews pop up with no comments or the same people who have reviewed before who sadly weren't blessed with tastebuds :(
If I could give 0 starts I would, garlic pizza bread tasted fruity and had specs of mold and the pepperoni pizza tasted fishy. Both were greasy and took an hour to come, staff were no use and refused a refund saying "impossible". Get a tin of beans instead.
