This place was amazing. My partner came here before and I was happy then. I took my car there after I took it there after marcs tyres in basildon messed it up. They were quick and efficient and quickly rectified the problem. the the price was amazing aslwell.Make sure at some point of owning a car you should go here ????
This guy is an absolute legend. The boss man, Andy I think his name was.
I was in the area for a training course and I had an issue with my car that needed checking asap before my travel home the next day, around a 4/5 hour journey.
They managed to squeeze me in and get the problem sorted that same evening before my journey home!
Forever grateful, I recommend to anyone!
Friendly staff, always on point - used the centre many times for MOT and never had a situation that they would want to fail the MOT so they can charge you for fixing something never needed to be fixed. Although I have to say that I service my cars myself and everything is replaced when it needs to anyway. Keep up the good work. Thanks

Dissatisfied, I had van booked in for 2.30pm. I finished work early to ensure I was there on time.. returned at 4.30pm to collect as requested, they hadn't even looked it . So sadly I had to leave . A shame as a nice little family garage, but service was not good to me.
Excellent service ! I had springs done on front replace due to cold weather affordable price and mechanic were friendly.Rang up when it opened they fitted me in quickly and within a few hours I had my car back . They kept me updated on the cost and everything . They were waiting short notice for us when we were coming with the recovery van. Best service and garage I have been to in the area. I also had a mot done on my car which was carried out by a professional service will recommend Phoenix mot centre to all family and friends and they will be seeing more of me when car needs any work completed .
I have been using this company for over 10 years! I have brought them all sorts of issues and problems to fix and they have never let me down. Today they did my MOT, squeezed me in and did vital repairs. I got my car back same day...on a Saturday too!! The price was very good. They were upfront about the Labour rate and parts cost and there were no hidden stings and kept me informed all the way.
I won't use anyone else! Great place.
