Went there for the travel clinic .What a lovely man Arun was .He explained everything thoroughly. He gave us a lot of time and advice .Highly recommend this pharmacy for travel clinic ( but also love all the bits and pieces they sell as well in the shop area ) Thank you for an excellent and professional service

I have used this pharmacy for over 17 years and would never go anywhere else. They are always helpful and professional. Once I enquired about teething granules, for my daughter and they were happy to order them, especially for me. Also, I was offered a blood pressure check, ended up wearing a 24 hour monitor and it highlighted that I was suffering from high blood pressure. I have since been put on tablets by my GP. My parents also come here and are treated with care and respect and would highly recommend the team.
I needed to get a thyroid injection as my GP didn't have any in stock, so the nurse suggested to get it done here. I emailed the chemist who confirmed they had some in stock. I then phoned today and asked if I could book a appointment and they said to me you can come in today to get it done. The staff were all so nice and friendly. The pharmacist who have me the injection was the nicest person I ever met and so so kind. The whole procedure took less than 10 mins. I will definitely be coming again In the future.
Been using this Chemist for over 30 years and they are fantastic. Always ready to give advice and now they also have a clinic area where you can get blood pressure checked and immunisations.
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received here yesterday this morning. I have lived less than a mile from this pharmacy for 25 years, have never had a problem before but was appalled by the dismissive and abrupt behaviour of the main pharmacist. I had gone in to ask for some advice about vaccines before I travel to Asia, one of the assistants immediately said "So you want malaria tablets", I responded that I was getting these elsewhere - I had used malaria tablets from elsewhere before and I was happy with the product so would be getting them from there again - the assistant then when to the pharmacist and whispered, despite being in clear earshot, "He's going travelling but getting his malaria tablets elsewhere". The pharmacist replied extremely sarcastically "Oh, that's nice", he then said "You're buying your malaria tablets elsewhere and you want me to spend 10 minutes giving you advice?" again in a sarcastic tone. He then told me that he "did not have the time to waste" giving me advice as he was "too busy". I was the only customer in the shop. I was looking for some medical advice from a trained professional and was completely dismissed because it appeared to them that I was not going to spend money in the pharmacy. Unless you're spending money in this establishment then I wouldn't using it as the staff are entirely unhelpful. I'll just wait three weeks for a GP appointment instead.
