The girl behind the counter exhibited a sour attitude, making the ordering/ collection process very unpleasant.
The food we ordered was collected before the initial collection time, by the time I’d gotten home (less then a 30 second walk away I live on the same street) all the food was nearly stone cold.
Avoid this place!
Absolutely awful customer service wasn't paying attention to nothing ordered a kebab and garlic bread the chips was soggy and undercooked microwaved kebab meat the garlic bread had no cheese or anything it was just bread and it was hard as a rock Absolutely appalling not ordering anything from there again what a joke
Ordered from here a few times now and I have never been disappointed, they always exceed my expectations. The food is to die for and always arrives earlier than expected and is always warm. They have a wide variety of options on their menu, I can never decide what I want but no matter what I end up choosing, it makes my mouth water as soon as I bite into it. By far my most favourite takeaway in Wales ❤️

We had pizza, chilli cheese bites and chicken strips from Peppinos last night (24/6/22) and I have to say bloody BEAUTIFUL and piping hot when it got to us. I/we HIGHLY recommend ordering from here, they did not let us down and every aspect from telephone ordering to the clean plates was thoroughly enjoyable.
Absolutely lovely, I use these very often and if I have any specifications then they follow them every time, if there is any kind of problem you only have to phone them and it will be sorted out there and then, the food is always lovely and fresh, always hot, and reasonably priced staff are very nice and helpful this is the best takeaway I have seen in a long time and I will not be going anywhere else.
Absolute shambles of a place!!! Ordered food via the just eat app approximately around 6pm the app stated food should arrive around 7:30pm, which is a long time to make two pizzas, garlic bread, chips and some popcorn chicken. Food did not arrive until 8:20 and when it did the pizza was cold, chips were soggy and bland and the pop corn chicken was dreadful! Only decent thing was the garlic bread because who can mess up garlic bread? Anyway it was foul, I could have driven to my local supermarket bought all the ingredients and cooked the food myself before these idiots delivered my Food! Avoid this place!!!!
One of the best pizzas I've had in ages. A bigger bottle of pop with the meal would have been better. One can for a set meal of two pizzas was awkward but still cheaper than other places so still happy.
