Can't thank these guys enough. I'm a community nurse and need my car for work. Never been to them before but I called on the day and they fixed my exhaust in time for me to visit in the afternoon. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had regarding car repairs and MOT - true and genuine guys who work here! Cannot fault them - they went out of their way during the consultation by checking my tyre pressure for me when I asked (although I went for my clutch), test driving my car, saving money on the parts and handing that discount back to me, and staying late after closing whilst I was waiting just under an hour for an Uber, and also offered to pick me up to save the trouble! Will always be coming back here now????
Took my car to Pentrich Road Garage for Mot yesterday 3rd Feb 2023. They were extremely helpful. They explained everything in detail. I was very happy with the whole process. I have now booked it in for service and will be using them in the future whenever I need a mechanic.
