This is a fantastic Victorian building, with rooms for 14. There's a well equipped kitchen, with everything a guest or guests could ask for; full laundry facilities etc. All rooms are en-suit and the views from the front windows are spectacular. Two sitting rooms, one with a lovely open fireplace where you can burn some of the logs and one room that's a bit quieter for games/ reading.
There's also a rather pleasant dinning room that doubles as a billiards/ snooker room with a full size table.
It's a warm, comfortable and engaging environment.
For a large group, this is brilliant.
Absolutely stunning.if you're a group then this beautiful country house will serve you well for a week away together. Clean, well stocked and well maintained. Unsuitable for rowdy groups who won't respect this beautiful period property. Sleeps 16 (some double beds). Large gardens, and easy access to surrounding countryside. Close to Harlech and Barmouth.

A lovely place to stay. Each room has ensuite facilities, and the dining table turns into a snooker table! Large kitchen and plenty of space to relax. Short walk to Pensarn station which is handy.

Excellent house, all rooms en-suite, clean and well equipped. Great location, lovely views over the harbour.
Lovely old house, had a week with some of our landrover club. Kitchen well stocked with dishwashers, ample china and cutlery. Comfortable.
Excellent place for a big family. Good proximity to local attractions without being too busy. Local beach and Harlech castle are good to see. Watch little ones near main road.
